Cons:

Rooms are comfortable, but definitely need updating. Rented a suite and the room had carpet covering a hole in the floor that my daughter tripped on. Could be a big issue.

Realmente me decepciono pague en la aplicación de Booking mi recervacion y venia un precio promotional por que recerve con anticipacion en la aplicación decia un precio de 809 dlr y con 500 de deposito por 4 noches y cuando llegue alas instalaciones me cobraron 890 dlr de deposito y mi esposo pago el deposito con su targeta ya k yo ya avia pagado por las 4 noches con anticipacion de 2 semanas antes nos dijeron que el deposito se regresaria al dejar las instalaciones en el check auot y k tardarian de 3 a 5 días aviles . Pero la vdd es k pasaron 8 días y no nos regresaban el dinero así k llame al hotel y me dijeron k era el banco k tenía k liverar el dinero por k ellos desde k salimos isieron el proceso de regreso pero después llame al banco y dijeron k el hotel nunca REALIZO el proceso de devolucion el caso k el hotel nos cobro doble recervacion y tubimos k ir al hotel y llevar las factura de la recervacion en linea y de k se pago desde 2 semanas antes la manager decía k no k por k no le apareció en el sistema el caso k tubimos k ir y mostrarle toda la documentación por k aparecer el hotel no tenía ninguna intención de debolvernos nda por k cobraron doble la recervacion la manager todavía medijo k me cobraron menos en la aplicación como 100 dolres menos y me los cobro junto con los días de el parking 19 dlres por noche de parking. seme iso injusto pero en fin dice k es error de Booking no de ellos. el caso k ni se disculparon ni nda y encima me cobraron los 100DLR k según me ahorre para terminar cobrar parkeo alos huespedes seme hace muy injusto ya k estas pagando por quedarte ahí encima caro para el pesimo cervicio y para terminar nisiquiera nos isieron limpieza de cuarto ni la basura se llevaron y el refrigerador nose podía, abrir completamente ya k chocaba con el marco de la puerta donde sta el boiler o si kieres desayunar unos waffles tienes k esperar mucho tiempo por k solo hay una wafflera para todos 🥹🥲😭la vdd un Alto costo para el pesimo cervicio.

Para empezar un personal mejor capacitado y de habla bilingüe y segundo la limpieza y cervicio al cuarto y tercero mejoras en el salon de desayunos mejor equipamiento y un mejor menu.
