Läget - mycket centralt trots det en lugn och tyst plats

My short stay at Royal Suites Apartment
Pros:

The cleanliness. The comfortable bed. The ease of entry. The Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The space.

Cons:

Not enough towels as the bath towels didn't dry enough for further use and there were no hand towels. Had to ask for a kettle. Asked for extension to vacate room but cleaners came at their normal time which inconvenienced us.

Would be a 10/10 but for the noise issue.
Pros:

Nice size and great location. Very clean.

Cons:

The noise from a compressor or something similar that is in the entrance way below the apartment 1B. We had no sleep the first night and bought earplugs for the remaining nights. We did ask for a room change and told none available. After reporting the noise problem and asking that someone fix the issue it remained the same, not resolved.

Es muy espacioso

Cons:

La manguera de la ducha no echaba apenas agua porque estaba averiada y perdía agua por la propia manguera, con lo cual ducharse fué una odisea, el apartamento esta muy mal climatizado dado que solo cuenta con un split de aire acondicionado en el salón que a 30 grados y en modo turbo no era capaz de calentar ni el salon siquiera, aparte hace mucho frio, y es imposible estar ahí a una temperatura que no sea pasar frio, el mantenimiento de los apartamentos es nefasto.
