Cons:

La manguera de la ducha no echaba apenas agua porque estaba averiada y perdía agua por la propia manguera, con lo cual ducharse fué una odisea, el apartamento esta muy mal climatizado dado que solo cuenta con un split de aire acondicionado en el salón que a 30 grados y en modo turbo no era capaz de calentar ni el salon siquiera, aparte hace mucho frio, y es imposible estar ahí a una temperatura que no sea pasar frio, el mantenimiento de los apartamentos es nefasto.

LA HORA DE ENTREGA DE LAS LLAVES. NOS DIJERON QUE PODRÍAMOS ACCEDER AL APARTAMENTO A PARTIR DE LAS 14:00 HORAS Y NOS LO ENTREGARON CASI A LAS 16:00 YA QUE SEGÚN NOS CONTÓ EL PERSONAL DE LIMPIEZA LOS ANTERIORES HUÉSPEDES LO HABÍA DEJADO PARA SEMBRAR PATATAS.

Dålig skyltning. Ingen info i bokning om att man har reception på hotel Mediterrane 400-500 m bort. Ingen info på porten att detta var Royal apartment. Anslag på annan port till annat boende. Tog mig lång tid att förstå vart jag skulle vända mig med tunga resväskor. Fick hjälp av affärsinnehavare och andra turister.
Receptionspersonal hotel Mediterrane hade fel info om wifi användarnamn och lösen.
Trasig duschslang. Gick knappt att skölja av tvål schampoo. Batterier i kontroller slut. Trasiga solstolar på terass.

Ubicación perfecta y buena relación calidad-precio
Pros:

La ubicación es fabulosa y las instalaciones eran amplias y luminosas. El persona muy eficiente y amable. Está al lado de todo, de una tienda de alquiler de bicicletas muy recomendable (Ecobici), panaderías (La moderna), cafeterías y todo tipo de tiendas. A 2 minutos andando de la playa y desde que sales al portal ya estás en el centro. Muy cerca de las principales calles dónde hay restaurantes muy buenos para comer (el rincón de la Toscana, por ejemplo, muy recomendable). La cocina contaba con todo lo necesario y en el baño había gel tanto en el lavabo como en la ducha.

Cons:

Había un olor muy fuerte que entraba desde la cocina como si estuviera conectada a la salida de humos de un restaurante de comida hindú. Como hacía mucho frío en diciembre, encendimos el aire acondicionado en calor, pero nunca dio calor. Las toallas estaban limpias, pero algo estropeadas. Muy difícil para dejar el coche si tienes que descargar muchas cosas, porque hay que ir andando desde la playa hasta el apartamento, sin posibilidad de dejar el coche en la puerta, tened en cuenta si se llevan muchas cosas no separarlas en demasiados bultos.
