Would recommend to friends and definitely stay again.
Pros:

Excellent location close to 2 Metro stations esp. St Lasare. Easy bus routes. Quiet street. Walking distance to Louvre, Seine, Place de la Concorde, etc if you are so inclined. Decent grocery store 3 blocks away. Park just around the corner if you crave some peaceful green space. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Special call out to Baptiste and Arielle. Free luggage storage when we arrived. Got our room ready early. Great advice for getting around. Made accommodations for me when I needed space for a late night Zoom meeting. Good buffet breakfast that will set you up for the day if you choose.

Cons:

Wish the rooms were a bit bigger, but that's the standard for Paris. Would not be suitable for a family with children.

Otelde Tadilat vardı. Karşılamada herhangi bir ikram olmadı . Bir oda yeniydi . Diğer oda ise eski ve kötüydü. Resepsiyondakiler yarın yeni oda vereceklerini söylediler. Ama yeni oda vermediler. Sözlerini yerine getirmediler .

Hotel location is 5-7 min from metro. Nice walking around, park for staying outside for relaxing.
Personal were excellent, so helpful, understanding.

Cons:

Important information for summertime - I didnt noticed air conditioner. But you can open windows.
