Bon hôtel.
Pros:

La partie commune est très jolie. L'accueil est smart. L'emplacement est très bon.

Cons:

La chambre n'est pas très accueillant avec une clim qui fonctionne mal avec du bruit et du vent fort. L'hôtel est en rénovation donc parfois il y a du bruit. Il y a aucune information sur le spa.

Spa otel diye gidilen tadailatta olan bir otele denk gelmek!!! Hayal kırıklığı!!!!

Tadilatta olan ve her gün gürültüyle uyandığımız bu otelde beğenilecek tek birşey yoktu! Spa otel ve 4 yıldız diye seçtik tek yıldızı bile haketmiyor!!!

Cons:

Otelde uzun zamandır tadilat varmış ve biz bunu bilmeden rezervasyon yaptık. Spa bölümü kullanılmıyor çünkü spa bölümü tadilatta!!! her sabah tadilat sesleriyle uyandık!!! Beş gün konakladık çarşaflar asla değişmedi 4 yıldızı asla haketmeyen bir otel !!!!

Pros:

Het hotel ligt centraal in de stad. Er zijn diverse metrohaltes in de buurt, waardoor je je snel kunt verplaatsen naar diverse bestemmingen in de stad. Het ligt in een rustige straat, waardoor het redelijk stil is 's nachts. De kamers zijn compact, maar ruim genoeg. Ze zijn heel schoon. Ook het sanitair is heel schoon. Er was een fijne douche. Het bed is schoon en goed. Het is personeel is ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Het ontbijtbuffet was klein, maar alsnog was er volop keus. En de kwaliteit van de producten was hoog. Neem vooral een stukje stokbood!

Hotel going under renovations and no spa or pool etc available. Nothing advised until you arrive and see for yourself construction works

it is under renovations and not all areas are open like the fitness center is not open until summer. This is misleading and the rooms with the spas are not open either.

Zeer aangenaam hotel met een perfecte locatie.
Pros:

De klantvriendelijkheid van het personeel. Ze hielpen ons zeer goed met verschillende dingen. Stelde zelf dingen voor als we iets vroegen etc. We voelden ons zeker thuis.

Cons:

We dachten dat we een beter zicht van het balkon gingen hebben. Jammer dat hier ook niets van stoelen op stonden.

Great stay at the heart of Paris
Pros:

I was travelling with my husband and baby. The room was big enough for Paris standards and we had enough place for our luggage and for the baby cot. Also, the bathroom was bigger than usual for Paris. The location of the hotel is great - close to Place Concorde, la Madeleine, the Opera, walking distance from all the main attractions in this part of the city. At the same time, the room was quiet and we were able to get good night sleep because the windows were looking towards the internal part of the hotel and not the main street. The downside is that there is no nice view but this is not such an issue because we were spending only the nights there. The breakfast was excellent - big choice, French cheese, fresh fruits and vegetables and great coffee. There are spa facilities but we haven't try them. The room and the hotel in general were very clean. I liked the fact that we were able to open the window and get some fresh air because in several hotels the windows opening is disabled. The rooms are nicely decorated. The AC was working fine which is important because the temperatures were very high during our stay. Nice and polite staff. Everything was great! Good value for money.

Cons:

There is not much to say here. There are two elevators and one was really small but this is normal for a central city hotel. Everything is small about hotels in Paris. One member of the staff at the reception wasn't aware that Bulgaria was part of the European Union and asked for passports and not IDs...come on, guys, it has been ages since the country joined the EU :)
