An amazing place to stay in Paris

The hotel staff were polite and the room was a bit small

Everything was thoughtfully designed, simple and attractive. The beds and bedding were comfortable and amenities were good quality and well chosen. Tea in the salon was a welcome service at the end of the day. The breakfast selections were perfect and the staff was friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. The coffee was brought right away and it was hot, not always the case with cafe au lait. I enjoyed every moment!

Very well located hotel in the Marais!They cater to longer stays.If you book a room for 2 or 3 days they place you
in a room on the 5th floor ,where after a lift to the 4th floor,
you have to climb a flight of stairs to get to your room on the 5th floor..Breakfast is nice,with a plentiful buffet.My room was not cleaned daily.

Nicely appointed in the Marais at walking distance of landmarks. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Perfect location! Very clean and charming spot with very friendly and helpful staff 24 hours a day. Nice room and bath, but like all things in Paris, it is small — just be prepared, but that doesn’t detract from a strong recommendation!

Highly recommend this hotel for its charm, great location, comfort, and very friendly staff…as well as the AC, elevator, and good WiFi. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and well-located, and the hotel is very close to Place des Vosges and other attractions, and it was great to wander the streets and discover new treasures every day.

Great location! Would stay here again on our next trip to Paris

We checked in to an indifferent staff person who the next morning was replaced by a kindly older gentleman. We had been traveling in a more temperate climate before entering the blistering temperatures Paris is experiencing.
My husband ( in our eighties but well traveled) has a heart condition and could not tolerate the heat. Changed our airline flight without hassle. Not only did the hotel not waive the second night but indeed charged us $60USD more than the initial cost indicated on our l invoice from Expedia. Paris is my favorite city to visit so to be ending this trip so negatively is disappointing. The hotel is well located; room small with the ubiquitous 10 watt bulb.

We recently stayed at Les Tournelles in Paeia with our group of 6 rooms. The hotel has a charming, boutique vibe and was spotless throughout our stay. Rooms are on the smaller side (especially if you’re used to American hotels), but they were comfortable and well kept.

The front desk team was friendly and helpful, and while French is their first language, they did their best to assist us. The AC seemed to stay around 22°C and would turn off during the night, so it was a bit warmer than we like for sleeping, but nothing that stopped us from enjoying our stay.

The location couldn’t be more convenient — buses run right in front of the hotel if you want to explore by public transport, and within walking distance you’ll find cafés, restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, and even a park for a little fresh-air break.

Overall, Les Tournelles is a clean, welcoming spot with a great location — perfect for travelers who want charm, walkability, and easy access to the city.

Great area to be in and easy to get to other areas of the city on foot or using trains/buses

Great location in the Marais. Lovely property with beautiful, spacious outdoor courtyard area. Unfortunately the lift to our 4th floor room was out of service, so a bit extra effort necessary to get there. Staff was great.

Very cozy and a great location with local restaurants and bakeries just a quick walk from the hotel. We walked or took the metro from the hotel and were able to get around the city with no problem

A wonderful hotel in the Marais. Very clean & comfortable, with a lovely team. Perfectly situated to explore an adorable neighborhood with many restaurants, shops, parks, etc in the immediate vicinity. Easy to get to the metro as well, to get anywhere in Paris.
