La proximitat de les ciutats de les arts,
Els cambrers del menjador molt amables.

Cons:

La sauna no funcionava, la piscina el aigua estava freda.

Goed gelegen stadshotel met renovatiebehoefte.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was prima en zeer uitgebreid. De ligging van het hotel is goed, naast de "Ciutat de les Arts y les Ciencies" en niet ver van het oude centrum. Goede bus- en metroverbindingen op korte loopafstand.

Cons:

Ons bed was niet slecht maar aan de kleine kant. Douchen nog steeds in een bad wat niet meer van deze tijd is en nogal gevaarlijk in- en uitstappen. De geluidsisolatie voor geluid van buitenaf is zeer matig. Klantvriendelijkheid van de receptie kan beter.
