La posizione perfetta. A un passo dal quartiere delle arti e delle scienze e dal parco della Túria. Tutto raggiungibile nell’arco di 2km con una mezz’ora a piedi. Apprezzato il bidet nel bagno e la colazione, ricca e spesso rifornita.
Struttura datata. Mobili e tessili vecchi. Mobili segnati, tende rotte, bagno piccolo con doccia dentro la vasca. La zona wellness andrebbe completamente restaurata e valorizzata.
Todo!estupenda atención,muy limpio,exquisito desayuno y personal muy atento.
Lo único que no me gustó fue que la piscina estuviera en un subterráneo.

Avariou-se o ralo do lavatório de mãos (fechou e não abriu) e embora prometido arranjar nunca o foi. Tivemos de utilizar o bidé para lavar mãos e cara. O parqueamento subterrâneo é horrivelmente estreito para manobrar carro.

La atención prestada. Estuvo Pésima. Siento que el personal de Recepción no está apta para la atención al cliente de esta cadena hotelera.
A la hora de reservar me llega un mail que mi ingreso era a las 12:00 y salida 12:00.
Al día siguiente, otro mail ingreso 15:00 y salida 12:00.
Consulte por tlf y pedí confirmar, quedamos que si desocupaba antes de esa hora estaba, me informarían.
No se desocupó, sin problema.
Quedamos que a las 15:00 ingresaba.
Llegue unos 10 minutos antes de esa hora, y se tomaron todo su tiempo para atenderme a mí y a mi marido.
Realmente me sentí discriminada. Tenía muchas expectativas de las instalaciones, piscina, gym.

Con una zozobra, que si previa disposición lo del tamaño de la cama, la hora. Salimos del hotel a las 10:00hrs. No volvería!!
He estado en el NH de Madrid y no pasa esto, por eso decidí que fuéramos allí, aunque me arrepiento.
El desayuno esta excelente y las camas super cómodas.
Desayuno fantástico, con un buffet muy completo. La ubicación para visitar la Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias así como el Oceanographic y la Alameda perfecta. Incluso para ir al centro, muy bién, a 15 minutos andando. El aparcamiento muy bién, a un precio razonable.
Lo que menos me gustó de la habitación ha sido una de las camas, muy dura y muy dificil dormir en ella. De un número del 1 al 10 en dureza, le daría un 9.5. Muy incómoda. También la nevera que tienen es muy ruidosa, y había que apagarla por la noche, porque ya no es el ruido de la nevera en sí, sino que al encenderse o apagarse cada cierto tiempo hacía un ruido como de ametralladora que nos despertaba fuera la hora que fuese. Además añadir, que a pesar de estar bién insonorizadas, al estar en una avenida importante donde dan la mitad de las habitaciones, se escuchan mucho los coches.
The breakfast was vast with a huge range of options. The location is perfect for the Science Park in particular and can walk to the beach in less than an hour, lots of great restaurants nearby.

The hotel absolutely does not deserve its 4-star rating. It is completely run-down and outdated. Everything in the bathroom is literally falling apart if you barely touch it. To make matters worse, housekeeping woke me up at 9:00 AM on Sunday, which was my check-out day. The price-to-quality ratio is extremely poor.
