La ubicación y el desayuno, así como el personal, de trato excelente.
La relación calidad precio. Estado de las instalaciones, deterioro en muchas cosas(se rompen o no funcionan bien o impropias no ya de un hotel de 4 estrellas sino de hotel). Vestíbulo ridículo.
La ubicación y la zona donde está ubicado es demasiado tranquilo y te facilita el tema de comercio y transporte
La ducha del baño estaba caída y no había manera de que se mantuviera fija, es lo único que no me gustó del establecimiento

i dettagli di pulizia..per esempio sotto al letto e dentro al frigo
Llegamos al hotel a las cuatro de la mañana por un problema con el tren (la llegada prevista eran las 21h). Cuando llegamos al alojamiento nos habían cancelado la reserva sin una llamada previa por parte del hotel ni un aviso vía booking. La tarjeta, supuestamente, no funcionaba. Al llegar, en lugar de preguntar sin mediar palabra nos comentó que la reserva estaba cancelada y a ver qué podía hacer. Llevábamos 12 horas de viaje en un tren con múltiples problemas, lo único que queríamos era descansar y nos encontramos con una persona nada empatica que ni siquiera preguntó que nos había pasado. Evidentemente la tarjeta si funcionaba eso si el mal rato nos lo hizo pasar. Ni una disculpa por su parte, solamente resguardarse en política de empresa
