Pros:

Viajé sola y al llegar al hotel, pregunté mis dudas a la recepcionista y me ayudó a orientarme ya que no conocía algunas zonas de Valencia, me resolvió dudas, me aconsejó, se lo agradezco infinitamente.
Del desayuno me sorprendió el café, ya que normalmente lo tomo natural con leche, el del buffet, lo tomo solo, y estaba buenísimo.
El personal es muy agradable y profesional.

Cons:

El secador se caía dentro del lavabo solo con rozarlo, tuve que dejarlo apoyado en la encimera del lavabo para que no cayera dentro.
No pude tener la habitación que había solicitado con vistas a la Ciudad de las artes, porque la persona que debía dejar la habitación, decidió ampliar su estancia, aunque me hubiera gustado una habitación con esas vistas y no, las de los edificios, pero estuve muy bien.
