Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Valencia sehr enttäuschend. Bereits beim ersten Eindruck sind uns kaputte Tische und stark verschmutzte Polster im Aufenthaltsbereich aufgefallen – das wirkt ungepflegt und unprofessionell.

Besonders ärgerlich war das Zimmer: Wir haben extra einen Aufpreis für ein größeres Zimmer bezahlt, bekommen haben wir jedoch nur ein minimal größeres Zimmer, das den Aufpreis absolut nicht gerechtfertigt hat. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier überhaupt nicht.

Auch das Frühstück war sehr schwach. Es gab hauptsächlich einfache Bäckerei-Produkte, etwas Marmelade und ein wenig Obst – für ein Hotel definitiv zu wenig Auswahl und keine gute Qualität.

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt leider gar nicht gefallen. Für den Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr Sauberkeit, Qualität und Service erwartet. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Un hotel muy cerca de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias
Pros:

Hay tres temas que se pueden mejorar...

1️⃣ El garaje es tan estrecho y con plazas tan pequeñas que me aconsejan no meter mi coche (un SUV) y me indican un parking cercano que, pese a seguir las indicaciones que me dió la persona de recepción, no logré encontrar. Afortunadamente, tengo un eléctrico y acabé aparcando en una plaza azul a 10 minutos, aunque siempre prefiero dejarlo en garaje.

Mi recomendación: para evitar ésto, tengan impresas unas hojitas que expliquen bien cómo llegar al parking más cercano, porque no somos de Valencia y cuando es de noche, es aún más complicado, porque no hay indicaciones en la calle.

2️⃣ Revisen siempre los detalles de la habitación, que seguro alguien supervisará. En mi habitación, de 14 M² porque era individual, el soporte de la ducha no aguanta la alcachofa, por lo que es una incomodidad ducharse. Son pequeños detalles que hacen que la experiencia sea buena o un poco molesta.

3️⃣ Además, no sé cómo está hecha la instalación eléctrica, pero para que el enchufe junto a la cama funcionará, tenía que tener la luz encendida y por la noche, no pude cargar el móvil. No tiene sentido.

Pero la comodidad de la cama y el desayuno salvaron la media. El desayuno, repito, es impresionante! 👌🏻

Mycket nöjd o helhet och stannar gärna där igen om jag reser till Valencia fler gånger

Allt var fint och jag saknade ingenting

Cons:

Poolen kunde varit någon grad varmare, dottern hackade tänder efter en tids badande, ev en mindre pool med varmare vatten så man kan värma sig mellan varven.
Golvet var lite ostädat på rummet(fastnade damm/skräp under fötterna)
Jag blev informerad att frukosten var öppen till 11:30, men det var bara på helgen, stängde tidigare på måndagen vilket inte stod på kortet jag fick. Vi kom precis när dom skulle stänga på måndagen, 10:30. Dom kunde ha erbjudit oss att få ta med något upp till rummet, då vi dessutom förbetalt frukosten
