Cademario - das Kurhaus für den perfekten Auszeit Urlaub mit grandiosem Blick über das Tessin hin nach Italien👏
Pros:

Eine unglaublich tolle Lage, sehr stilvoll & schön eingerichtete Zimmer, zuvorkommendes & charmantes Personal sowie eine kreative & äussert geschmackvolle Küche haben unseren Kurzurlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht!

Cons:

Im Gegenteil, wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, dass uns von A (Anreise mit dem Postauto), via S ( Wassage 😍 im hauseigenen Swimmingpool des Spa) bis Z (zurück mit grosser Motivation, wenn der Outdoor Pool für die Sommersaison geöffnet sein wird) ALLES gefallen hat!

Pros:

Le confort (grande chambre, literie, accès spa compris, excellent petit déjeuner). De plus avec la carte gratuite Ticino le car postal et le train sont offerts.

Cons:

Le restaurant le soir. Portions trop petites. Impossible de se limiter à un plat ou alors bonjour la facture. Système italien (primi,secondi, etc).

Hatten Geburtstag und eine höfliche Frage um ein schönes Zimmer deswegen wurde wegignoriert (schöneres Zimmer haben wir bekommen für einen Aufpreis und 3 Mini-Kekse dann doch am Schluss) - andere Hotels gönnen direkt Upgrades & das Personal gratuliert dann auch

Massage todesschlecht und Masseurin komplett frech, davor wurde lauthals darüber diskutiert warum wir beide als Paar jeweils eine Frau wollten und keinen Mann

Wasser im Aussenbereich ca. 5 Grad zu kalt - man friert, in anderen Thermen ist das Wasser sehr warm, weil ein Aussen-Pool eben draussen ist

Einrichtung in de Zimmern SEHR altmodisch..

Bilderauswahl manchmal echt creepy

Koffer müssen selber zum Zimmer transportiert werden

Newsletter auf angegebene Mailadresse auf Italienisch - wem bringt das was, wenn man kein Italienisch spricht? Die Sprache sollte hinterlegt werden können.

Generell sehr viele unzufriedene Mitarbeitende - Bar, Frühstück, Rezeption etc. etwas stimmt da nicht wohl mit der Mitarbeiterführung
