Schade, da könnte man viel mehr daraus machen!!!!
Cons:

Das Essen war nicht sehr toll in der Bar. Ebenso der Service. Zuwenig Personal. Die Terrasse zum Frühstück geschlossen!!!!!! Schönstes Wetter währen den Herbstferien.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf das Sotto Ceneri. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit der umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Lugano, Monte Lema etc. mit dem Bus. Zimmer 480 war super. Sehr gutes Restaurant mit liebenswürdigem Personal. Schöner, grosser Indoor- und Outdoorpool.

Cons:

Zwei unserer Mitreisenden (unsere Gäste) mussten in ein kleineres Zimmer, auf einem anderen Stockwerk, zügeln.

Schönes, ruhiges Wanderhotel – Bistro und Wellnessbereich verbesserungswürdig.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt für Wanderungen. Das Frühstück war lecker, und alles war stets sehr sauber. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist ausgezeichnet: Das Postauto fährt stündlich, sodass auch Ausflüge problemlos möglich sind. Die Aussicht ist top, und das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Am ersten Abend haben wir im Bistro gegessen und waren leider sehr enttäuscht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte für uns nicht: Die Gerichte waren deutlich zu teuer und entsprachen weder dem Ambiente noch dem Preisniveau. Die Lasagne war so schlecht, dass wir in den folgenden Tagen dort nicht mehr essen wollten. Hier gibt es sicherlich noch viel Verbesserungspotenzial.

Auch einige kleinere Punkte haben uns gestört: Der Vergrösserungsspiegel im Badezimmer ist für Personen ab etwa 1,70 m ausgerichtet. Der Nacktbereich könnte zudem besser ausgeschildert sein – ich musste die Gäste mehrmals darauf hinweisen. Die Liegestühle laden nicht wirklich zum längeren Verweilen ein, da keine passenden Unterlagen vorhanden sind. Mit nur zwei Badetüchern pro Person ist es bei Saunagang und Baden ebenfalls sehr knapp bemessen. Sehr wünschenswert wäre ausserdem ein schöner Ruheraum mit ausreichend Liegeflächen im Wellnessbereich.
