Alles war perfekt, der SPA Bereich sowie der Whirlpoolzimmer war wunderbar. Das Service war sehr aufmerksam. Mir wurde sogar erlaubt, einen Late Check out zu machen, was bei mir zusätzlich punktet.

Cons:

Nichts war negativ ausser dass man zum Gourmet Essen nicht soviele Alternativen hat.

Ein sehr gemütlicher Hotel. Ich war dort 5 Tage und ich konnte mich richtig erholen. Tolle und gemütliche Ambiente. Der Blick vom Zimmer atemberaubend. Die Natur in der Nähe, eine Wanderung waren traumhaft. Ich hatte den Glück sowohl Sonne als auch Schnee zu erleben und ich fand beide Wetterzustände einfach traumhaft. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr toll und ich konnte drei wundervolle Massagen voll geniessen. Die Craniosacral Massage mit Maria und die Fussreflexzonen Massagen mit Giulia empfehle ich herzens zu jedem, der diesen tollen Hotel wählen wird. Diese Massagen muss man auf keinen Fall verpassen. Ich fühlte mich danach voll regeneriert. Hätte ich das früher gewusst, hätte ich jeden Tag diese wunderbare Massagen gemacht. Der Rest, das Zimmer, das Restaurant, der Bar waren alle in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr nett und herzlich.
Ich werde sicherlich diesen tollen Hotel nochmals besuchen und ich werde ihn allen meinen Freunden empfehlen.

Cons:

Ich hätte mich einen grösseren Zimmer vielleicht gewünscht.
Und nur am vierten Tag war der Boden im Zimmer nicht geputzt, vielleicht hat man das vergessen. Für mich ist das sehr wichtig, weil ich mich barfuss im Zimmer bewege.

Pros:

Personnel très gentil. Souriant. Surtout les deux messieurs pendant le petit dejeuner mais aussi à la réception le sour et le matin pendant le check out. Malheureusement le spa était déjà fermé à partir de 20h00. Si vous prolongez les horaires jusqu'à 22h00? Comme ça les clients qui arrivent plus tard en profitent encore.

Der Spabereich ist sehr gut und war während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht überlaufen .
Wunderbare Aussicht und sehr ruhig gelegen.
Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück hat mich die Auswahl von Brot ein bisschen enttäuscht. Brot nicht ganz frisch und Croissants aufgebacken. Aufpreis für Spiegeleier und festkochte Eier finde ich Übertrieben, für Omelett okay.
