Wir wollten für den selben Tag eine Reservation für das Abendessen vornehmen. Ein Herr hat uns am Telefon gesagt, der nächste Tisch sei um 21:00 Uhr frei. Ich habe abgelehnt. Wir sind gleich danach ins Restaurant gegangen und haben ins Glück vor Ort versucht. Wir haben direkt um 19:00 Uhr einen Tisch erhalten, wurden zum Tisch begleitet. Während unserem Abendessen, waren noch einige Tische frei. Das war fragwürdig.

Ein wunderschönes, erholsames Hotel mit tollem Spa, hervorragendem Frühstück und einer sehr hundefreundlichen Atmosphäre

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit sehr schönen Spa-Bereichen, sowohl innen als auch außen. Besonders begeistert waren wir auch vom hervorragenden Frühstück – so sehr, dass ich nach sechs Tagen Aufenthalt tatsächlich drei Kilo mehr auf die Waage gebracht habe! 😄

Besonders positiv fanden wir, wie hundefreundlich das gesamte Hotel war. Unser kleiner Hund wurde überall mit großer Selbstverständlichkeit und Respekt willkommen geheißen, was wir sehr geschätzt haben,

Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Eine kleine Anmerkung: Die Bar am Außenpool könnte vielleicht etwas länger geöffnet bleiben und nicht jeden Tag bereits um 17:00 Uhr schließen. Es wäre schön, am späten Nachmittag oder frühen Abend noch einen Aperitif am Pool genießen zu können.

Die zusätzliche Gebühr für einen kleinen Hund empfanden wir allerdings als etwas hoch.

Das Personal beim Frühstück und an der Poolbar hätte teilweise etwas herzlicher und fröhlicher wirken können. Eine besondere Ausnahme war ein großer, dunkelhaariger Mitarbeiter, dessen Namen ich leider vergessen habe – er war jederzeit ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und wirklich hervorragend!

Posto incantevole, vista incantevole, personale gentilissimo con i clienti.

Cons:

Servizio ristorante / bar lento. La prima sera hanno perso l'ordine al ristorante, altre volte si notava nervosismo tra i camerieri probabilmente il personale non era sufficiente.

Der Wellnessbereich hat leider nicht optimal funktioniert. Das heisst, dass nicht alle Düsen in Betrieb waren. Im Aussenbereich hat lediglich eine Düse funktioniert.

Pros:

L’Hôtel est un véritable havre de paix: calme et douceur de vivre à quelques kilomètres de Lugano. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour, avec un personnel discret et aux petits soins.

Cons:

Seul tout petit bémol : la carte du restaurant manque d’un secundo piatto de viande.
