3 hours spent running around trying to get settled and everything went wrong.
Pros:

The bed was incredible. Met a fellow traveler during breakfast.

Cons:

It would be great if I could speak to management. I have many concerns with front desk staff and communication. I’ve been and IGH member for a little while now. I would like to think my opinion matters here.

Pros:

Everything was great, this is a new hotel very well located easy to access and close to attractions.

Cons:

The room they gave us was facing the main street, which is a highway. Noise from the traffic/trucks was annoying, we slept well anyway and didn't ask for another room.
