A great place, friendly and welcoming
Pros:

It was our second stay, and again it was a good one.
Great location, large apartment, comfortable beds, quiet, full kitchen, all what is needed for a long stay.
Breakfast is included, varied, with reasonable coffee, plenty to choose from.
Staff always very accomodating. We were offered an upgrade for free, our room ended up even larger than the previous one.
Parking is available for a fee.
Manager of the hotel extremely friendly.
We will stay there again when back in town

Cons:

A few things: the windows of our room were far from being clean. As we were staying close to the laundry unit, we figured out that what was dirtying the windows were lint, and loose fibers. Still..
Also we found that the rate of the room was changing every day, which confused us when we checked our bill, as we didn't understand why. Apparently it changes according of what is going on in town! I think this should be explained to customers, especially foreigners, who may not be aware of this.

Don’t go to the breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast is terrible eggs were dry bacon was rubber and i couldn’t enjoy my breakfast with my family because the manager of the kitchen was yelling at his staff the whole breakfast

Pros:

A really nice hotel in a great location. Rooms are large and well equipped. Large variety of options for included breakfast. Reception staff were helpful but the shining star at this hotel is the GM, Scott Davies. He responded immediately to an issue we identified and went out of his way to ensure it was corrected. He circulates amongst guests at breakfast and welcomes everyone. We will definitely return.

Nice experience
Pros:

Wonderful experience the 3 days that I pass there with my wife and my puppy dog. The Room is clean and all the areas from the hotel. We feel nice welcome and for sure we hope back by Summer time because have a point on downtown Halifax Thank you the girls for the front desk Surviya for the help and orientation

Great location just need some tweaking done to the hotel

Great location staff was fantastic

Cons:

Was woken up at 8 AM on Sunday morning to drilling happening in the next room and didn’t stop for hours
Also heat in our room was stuck on high so room was quite warm

Pros:

Really good, and really bad. Check-in was easy, all staff we encountered were great, no issue at all. The room was well appointed, very large, and very clean! Continental breakfast here is actually pretty good as well. Location is excellent, but at a cost. The major issue, your right in the bar district, and they close at 4am. I didn't think it'd be such an issue, but I was wrong. It is loud. I'd highly suggest ear plugs. The parking garage is also on the smaller side and a little cramped.
