Terrible Staff
Pros:

The hotel was decent, and the location was great. The staff, however, were awful. There was a young lady ahead of me complaining about the cleanliness of her room when I checked in. It sounded as if she had already raised the issue multiple times and it hadn’t been addressed. After I checked out, I didn’t receive a guest folio. I called the front desk multiple times, even spoke to management. The first time, the young lady at the desk admitted she didn’t send. Each call after that, the staff, including management, was rude and dismissive. I had to call corporate to get a guest folio.

At check in, I asked about breakfast and he said it was served from 6-11. He never mentioned that breakfast was not included with our stay.

This is my go to hotel.
Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay here! The room had both a tub and a shower, which was a huge plus for me. The location was perfect—close to Flying Fish and several other restaurants, all within walking distance. It made my solo trip back home comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and exactly what I needed. I will definitely be making this my go-to hotel whenever I’m in town. Highly recommend!

Pros:

Mattress was too soft for me. Back was hurting. The breakfast was good. My wife and I got wings and burger and it wasn’t good at all.

Cons:

Burger patty was not good. Heard every time a door opened or closed in the hallway.

I booked online and I was told my card would only be charged for pending charges for damage. I got home and was charged $40 for parking. Last time we stayed parking was included. Instead of getting a surprise charge and email when I get home
