Pros:

Das Bett war wirklich toll
Das Hotel ist nicht das Frischiste aber sauber und das Personal ist wirklich absolut freundlich und sehr nett .
In der Bar sollte man eigentlich Sandwich genießen zwischen 12.00 - 14.00 Uhr das war leider nicht der Fall aber es sind ausreichend Restaurants in der Nähe. Den Bio Bäcker kann ich leider nicht empfehlen da mir die Produkte nicht wirklich frisch vorkamen auch hatte ich nicht den Eindruck das die Mitarbeiter wirklich motiviert sind. .

Cons:

Die Angaben im Fahrstuhl solltet ihr aktualisieren.
2 kaffeekapseln für 3 Nächtw für 2 Personen schon merkwürdig.
3 mal 2 macht 6 kaffeekapseln und nicht 2.
Dann lasst es lieber.

Schöne und ruhige Unterkunft in zentraler Lage - mit Abstrichen beim Frühstück
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Bahnhof Zoo, Ku‘damm, Deutsche Oper und unzählige Restaurants in der Nähe. Trotz der zentralen Lage war unser Zimmer sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Die erste Füllung der Minibar im Preis enthalten.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat uns nicht gefallen. Im Townhouse wird das Frühstück am Tisch serviert. Aus einer Karte kann man sich Bagel, Bowls, Kleinigkeiten (Brötchen) oder Eierspeisen aussuchen. Vom Grundgedanken her gut um Verschwendung zu vermeiden. Jedoch selbst bei wenig Gästen war der Service überfordert. Uns und auch anderen Gästen musste das Konzept erklärt werden, was Zeit kostet, die bei der Zubereitung fehlt und letztendlich in Hektik mündet. Durch die im Frühstücksraum stehende Siebträgermaschine ist es dann auch noch laut.
Die Qualität war leider auch nicht durchgängig gut. Trockener geschmackloser Käse, wenig aromatische Marmelade.
Wir haben uns am zweiten Tag entschlossen unser bezahltes Frühstück im Hotel verfallen zu lassen und haben auswärts gefrühstückt.
