Tivemos que trocar de quarto!!! O primeiro que nos ofereceram estava imundo. Carpete totalmente manchado, cortina de chuveiro suja, cabelo no travesseiro.

Un oasis oculto en el centro de Santa Cruz
Pros:

Nos gustó todo, la decoración, el ambiente, hicimos una cata realmente rica y generosa, el spa muy rico y tranquilo, tuvimos suerte porque en ese horario no había nadie en la piscina. No probamos los servicios de masajes eso sí porque no tuvimos tiempo. Eso fue lo único malo, nos faltó tiempo! Lo bueno es que esperamos que haya una próxima.

Cons:

La atención en el restaurant no era tan amable. Nos sentimos un poco presionados para pedir (y no estábamos seguros ni apurados). Lo demás súper bien.

O estabelecimento em si é muito bonito, muito bem localizado. No centro de uma praça linda. O proprio hotel diapõe de tudo necessário para uma perfeita estada.

Lo que más me gusto del Hotel es la integración que tiene con su casino, Restaurant, Spa y museo todo en un mismo lugar. el personal es muy atento.

Por el Precio esperaba una habitación impecable me toco la habitación 424 y tenía una mancha muy grande en la alfombra como si se hubiese inundado y quedo la mancha la cual daba la sensación de suciedad, considerando que una noche tiene un costo de 360.000 mil pesos unos 400 dólares aproximadamente no debería haber existido esta condición. lamentablemente para un hotel de 5 estrellas estas situaciones opacan todo lo bueno. además, el marco de la puerta de acceso a la habitación estaba suelto y cada vez entrabas y salías se desprendía el concreto del muro.

Estuve en una suite. Alfombra sucia, cama súper blanda del uso, aire acondicionado funcionando a medias. Equipamiento para trabajo y wifi muy lento. No vale el precio q cobran.
