Muy buen desayuno
Un lugar muy recomendable
Creo el estacionamiento debe mejorar
Si bien dispone de varios lugares y Valet Parking sería importante delimitar con líneas claramente visibles en el suelo donde deben quedar los automóviles aculatados, cada uno estaciona más mal que el otro y se pierden los pocos espacios disponibles dentro del hotel .

Ubicación del hotel y posibilidad de acceso gratis al Casino Colchagua.
Desayuno debería dar la opción de solicitar huevos fritos, a la copa, omelettes, etc.; así como también la posibilidad de consumir leche sin lactosa o alguna leche vegetal, especialmente para gente que tiene intolerancia a la lactosa, como en mi caso. Lo anterior sucede en cualquier hotel que cobra más de $ 250.000 por noche por habitación doble, como es su caso. Relación precio-calidad me pareció sobredimensionada.

El desayuno es muy bueno y la ubicacion del hotel es excelente.
Las camas muy incomodas , la habitacion que me asignaron daba a la plaza de Santa Cruz y se sentia muy alto el ruido del paso de los vehiculos...al parecer poca peocupacion dado que el dia de lluvia se llovio el cuarto piso a nadie le importo. Muy dificil de obtener informacion.

The museum beside the hotel is fantastic.
Our room was right over the bar which didn't close until 2am and was very loud, plus we overlooked the plaza which had traffic all night. I don't think the hotel was full so I question why they gave us this particular room.

El personal muy amable. Tiene todos los servicios para no salir del recinto y buen restaurante. El desayuno muy campestre y variado. A quien gusta de casinos y shows... calza perfecto. Un punto aparte y excepcional es el museo de Colchagua inmerso en las instalaciones del hotel. Es una colección muy completa y variada que habla de historia, de hitos y de hazañas que emociona y conmueve. Hay que darse el tiempo de recorrer y disfrutarlo.
Algunas instalaciones muestran el deterioro por el paso de los años, las alfombras son un asco y los muebles de diseño antiguo requieren ajustes... puertas abiertas sin cierre o cerrojo y otros desperfectos de fácil de reparación. Hay descuido en la mantención. Lo de las alfombras imperdonable.
