Comfortable, accommodating stay at a great value
Pros:

We stayed for one night while in town for the Super Bowl. The staff was very accommodating, especially when we had flight issues and came back for a few hours after checking out. The room was spacious and clean. For the free breakfast they had yogurt, fruit, breakfast rolls, waffles, diced potatoes and mini omelets, all of which were very good. We also compared prices with hotels in the area and the Bay Landing price was a bargain. We felt very comfortable and at home there and will definitely go back the next time we are in the area.

A great stay near SFO!
Pros:

Free shuttle service begins before 5:00 a.m. which was an extra benefit. The room overlooked the bay and planes landing. The amenities were sufficient. The receptionist checked us in early. It was a reasonable hotel, and we’d return.

Cons:

It really was a good stay overall, but there was a slight lingering odor in the room. Also, the noise from planes flying nearby kept me up a bit.

Pros:

Was real good customer service. Nothing, my first room had ants but staff gave me another room. This is not something they could have prevented! Its more a plus side seeinf the solved it perfectly

I would stay again!
Pros:

Greeted ok when I checked in but a short time later, after 3, I had occasional to be in the lobby again. The gal working at that time was terrific! Very caring, personable, willing to talk for a moment. I am sorry I did not get her name, as she deserves a “well done” by management.

Cons:

Television was difficult to navigate, but not a game changer.

Great hotel for staying near airport
Pros:

I got stuck in California due to winter storm Fern. I was looking for an inexpensive and yet well reviewed hotel to wait out the storm until I could fly out and found Bay Landing. The hotel is surrounded by the big names, charging twice as much, but I was very happy with my selection.

While some comment on the dated look, I was completely okay as everything was spotless in the room and the tv/wifi worked well. The room was also spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was similar to other hot breakfasts, but I appreciated the coffee and the choices they offered.

I did not use the shuttle and it should be noted it does not run mid day.

I would definitely stay here again, it is a good hotel for the money.

Enjoyable!
Pros:

The view of arrivals and departures from SFO. Rooms with a view was so nice and enjoyable. Weather was nice for my stay too! Good breakfast! And thanks for the early check in!

Cons:

The maintenance. Our bathroom door was in need of repair and kept falling open and then you’d hit it with the room door when entering. Felt u safe like that.
Also the fridge was not emptied from previous guests and reeked.
