Perfect 3 bedroom suite for a family. Big, comfortable and stocked with everything you need. Very nice view. Great location near park and nice restaurants . Very friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend.
Amazing service! I truly appreciate the support from the entire team. Every single request was handled promptly and efficiently. Communication was clear throughout the process, and even unexpected situations were resolved quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend their service.

Sergio is very very helpful! He sent me emails to check if I need any help on transportation or needs any clarification befroe my arrival, which ensures a smooth arrival for me (come to Sao Paolo for the first time). He is always very responsive and helpful with my requests and help me to solve issues. The service from him is absolutely excellent! I will definitely come to this hotel again if I have a chance and recommend it to my colleagues! Oh and this hotel has washing machines, which is amazing for someone who's always on the road.
O apartamento é razoavelmente espaçoso, mas isso não justifica o valor cobrado. As roupas de cama eram boas.
Prédio antigo e pequeno, muito menor do que as fotos sugerem. Apartamentos não foram atualizados, até as tomadas são antigas. Móveis desgastados e antigos. Tem duas tvs relativamente novas mas pequenas, sendo que a da sala é mal posicionada e fica numa posição ruim para assistir. Taças baratas pequenas de vidro grosso e talheres dos mais baratos, totalmente incompatíveis com o valor cobrado pela diária. Não espere uma experiência minimamente luxuosa no apartamento.... Box com cortina de plástico e shampoo, sabonete e condicionador ficam em dispensers. Não tem nem um restaurante próprio. A vista é para a esquina da Av Santo Amaro onde tinha um morador de rua acampado, fiquei num andar relativamente alto, mas a vista não tem nada demais, totalmente superestimada no anúncio.
Localizacao. Cama e travesseiros muito bons.
Achei que o estacionamento no proprio hotel ja estava incluído na diaria, mas ainda custou 74 reais pela noite.
Com o custo cobrado, o hotel poderia dar garrafinha de água aos hospedes, mas nao ha cortesia desse tipo e 1 latinha de agua custa 12 reais.
I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars for their fantastic service. It was by far the best I have received at any global Marriott property.
Both Kebler and Pia were absolutely incredible during our stay! They resolved our reservation and transportation issues promptly and made our stay the most comfortable. My husband accidentally left an item at the hotel after check out, both Pia and Sergio went above and beyond in assisting with a prompt return to us. Highly recommend this place for a home away from home.
Gostei da banheira
Não gostei do fato de ter sido cobrado em dólar. Não gostei do fato de não servir nem almoço nem jantar (mesmo se fosse cobrado a parte). O custo beneficio não vale, muito caro e o único diferencial é a banheira. Disseram que teria vista pra cidade mas me deixaram no primeiro andar , a vista era péssima

My stay in Marriott was superb.I liked the staff service and they are very cooperative.Mr Sergio in the front desk very nice with the guest and anytime you can ask him for any help.
The staff was great, especially Samyra who took care of my room. She was detail oriented and efficient every day. The in-room mini bar and fridge was well supplied and had variety of snacks. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. It was fantastic, woth lots of variety and the food was delicious. The wait staff for breakfast were amazing. There were no food options at the hotel after breakfast. Valet parking was easy and affordable. They brought the car within moments of asking for it each time. The hotel should consider selling Brasil t-shirts, they'd sell out, no question.
