Pros:

Stanza comoda e bagno decente, nonostante l'arredamento modesto, ma non ci siamo fatti condizionare dai lati negativi e quindi siamo stati bene. Fermata a pochi passi dalla metro.

Cons:

Con un avviso scritto siamo stati informati che avrebbero rifatto la stanza solo su richiesta. La seconda mattina mettiamo l'apposito cartellino fuori dalla porta, ma la sera troviamo tutto come prima, salvo il cambio degli asciugamani, la terza mattina non ci abbiamo neanche provato. Oltre a questa che riteniamo sia una grave carenza per un hotel, il personale era impreparato (non sapevano nulla del bollino verde per circolare in città), maleducato (il receptionist notturno ha risposto al nostro saluto a mezza bocca con espressione accigliata e senza alzare la testa dal telefono), disattento (al momento del check out c'era uno dello staff seduto a mezzo metro da noi che abbiamo scambiato per un cliente per quanto ci ignorava, nonostante le nostre evidenti difficoltà con il sistema automatico, e solo dopo avergli chiesto se sapeva dove fosse qualcuno dell'hotel ci ha risposto che era lui). L'ubicazione è piuttosto distante dal centro e da altre zone di interesse, il bar migliore per la colazione è quello della stazione metro di qualità discutibile, la zona è abbastanza degradata e piuttosto sporca, sinceramente dai tedeschi ci aspettavamo standard diversi

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Team. Ideal gelegen wann man öffentlich anreist. Das Zimmer war sehr gut eingerichtet und alles sauber und gepflegt.

Cons:

Ich habe mich im Rivoli Charme rundum wohlgefühlt.

Excellent location for trains, underground. Value for money.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. The room was quiet though some rooms may be looking out at the street and louder.
The location was very convenient, close to S bahn and U bahn as well as regional trains to the south.

Cons:

The room was not air conditioned and we had some hot days and nights.
Breakfast was OK, basic though no espresso type of coffees. Good bacon and eggs.
When we asked for the room to be cleaned, they seemed to have forgotten.
