Disappointed this time
Pros:

This was my 8th visit - first one in March 2020. Really noticed the cost cutting that made this visit a disappointment. With the exception of the reception staff who were, as always, welcoming, happy to help with a smile at anytime during my stay, all the others were polite but seemed rushed, stressed and under pressure, as though they were short on numbers. Even the security guard/concierge never had a smile or said hello.
The main restaurant was also disappointing. The food choices were limited, the carvery was almost nonexistent, no cold cuts, plenty of “stews” if that’s your thing, but clearly using cheaper options than in the past.
On a plus note the hotel continues to be spotless but I think I’ll look for an alternative venue next time

La profesionalidad de todo el personal, hace que siempre vuelva por ellos, siempre están conuma sonrisa.

Cons:

Aunque siempre vuelvo, mejoraría el buffet de postres, es bastante repetitivo con mousse y planchas de bizcocho. Se echa de menos algo más de dulce con chocolate.

A beautiful seaside location with excellent connections to Malaga.
The beds were very comfortable and the staff was helpful.
The onsite restaurants have good selection of food and drink, I would especially recommend the Italian restaurant.
The evening entertainment program was also fun and we grew to like it more and more as the week went on.

Cons:

Whatever system there is in place for washing the dishes at the restaurants is obviously not working, as you had to take a lot of care to check the plates in the buffet, as they were often dirty, with actual food residue still attached, a huge hygene risk and just offputting.
There seemed to be some sort of mistake with our booking, as the day before our check-out the room keys suddenly stopped working and I got an email asking me to review my stay.
On the day of the check-out (check-out time is 12) the cleaning staff seemed to be unaware that we are checking out as they kept constantly trying to enter the room before 12, then apologizing and running off before I could explain - very unusual from all our previous hotel experiences and annoying.
The quality of cleaning was inconsistent. We asked our room to be cleaned twice during the week and first time it was done perfectly, but the second time it was obviously rushed and done very sloppily.

Pobyt bardzo udany.
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do sklepów, barów i restauracji, plaża po drugiej stronie ulicy. Pokój przestronny z balkonem i bardzo wygodnym łóżkiem, sprzątany codziennie. Hotel składa się z kilku budynków, znajduje się tu kilka basenów, spa z małym basenem wewnętrznym i sauną, kilka restauracji i barów. W dwóch basenach woda podgrzewana, nawet w marcu można się kąpać. Całkiem fajne wieczorne animacje, w ciągu dnia zajęcia dla dzieci i dorosłych. Ogólnie w hotelu mało dzieci i młodzieży, raczej emeryci. Posiłki pyszne i urozmaicone, przekąski w ciągu dnia przy basenach i w nocy w barze, dobre drinki, duży wybór alkoholi. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa; zameldowanie w hotelu nawet rano i od razu dostaliśmy opaski, ostatniego dnia pobytu, po wymeldowaniu o 12 mogliśmy korzystać z wyżywienia aż do wyjazdu.

A very comfortable and relaxing stay. Easy to get into Malaga.

Pros:

Eigentlich alles, das Essen die Sauberkeit und das freundliche Personal. Die Gartenanlage war sehr gepflegt.

Cons:

Eigentlich hat mir nur der Aperol Spritz auf der Getränkekarte gefehlt, da er ja sehr verbreitet ist und auch nicht so teuer sollte er auch angeboten werden.
