Minden tetszett.. Az ellátás, tisztaság, elhelyezkedés a várt volt. Parkolás jól megoldott volt a mélygarázsban.

The reception staff were exceptional and helped us greatly thank you. The cleaning team work relentlessly and i didnt see a single issue and they continued all day without interfeering with the guests experience. The catering and service team were always polite and attaintive to individual needs.... Well done!

We like Rui hotels and enjoyed many a holiday . This hotel sadly didn’t meet our expectations . Yes it was clean . And the food was normal 3* buffet . Usuallycold . We couldn’t secure a sunbed till at least 2pm , usual towel dwellers . Large hotel with far too many rooms to cope . Entertainment was just ok , we prefer to go outside at nght but sadly not a lot to see or visit . We watched Lion king and that was great , but being there for 10 days we had to endure it twice . And didn’t see any other shows. The wine tasted awful , but the pink Prosecco was nice . We visited the main seafront pool daily but it was overcrowded and the pool smelt dirty . Got told off for in the pool restaurant for wearing a top without straps , he was rude and abrasive . Didn’t eat there again . Sadly will not return . Typical 3* . Slippery around poolside and gate to beach , my husband slipped over . Miserable staff .

Reading the reviews before we went to this Hotel was a bit off putting.
The Hotel is spotless throughout, the staff work hard. Very polite, our room was overlooking one of the pools and was a lovely room and cleaned daily👌
As a fussy eater I ate at every meal, the choice was huge and really nice.
I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Tout est fait pour passer un agréable séjour, les différentes piscines,choix de restaurants pour le midi, nourriture variée, la proximité avec la plage, plusieurs bars avec un plus au calme si besoin, hôtel très propre, bien agencé, chambres confortables, personnel pour la plupart sympathiques..

PRINCIPALEMENT :
- l'emplacement (en bord de mer, près de l'aéroport de Malaga et près de la vie nocturne)
- la propreté
- le personnel

Just back from this hotel…our second visit..slightly disappointed though this time as there were not White night, No foam pool party.
Biggest fault was that the evening entertainment was cut short or not on at all because the football was on!
We didn’t come on holiday to watch football..why the hotel couldnt of put some music/ singer on in an other area.
Still the same problem with people saving sun beds and then going away for hours and hours…nobody walks round checking to see this!
Three days we couldn’t find a sun bed so had to go to the beach..which is very nice and reasonable but shouldn’t have to visit the beach when there are three pools.
Still we did have a nice time and really wasn’t ready to come home.
Room was lovely ,great views .very clean and large.
We thought the food had improved more choices..but still needs to be hotter.
Restaurant staff are far to quick to clear away your plates ..twice we came back to our table to find our table had been cleared while we were choosing our food..even though we had left a bag, or glasses on the table.
Garden areas are beautiful and are looked after well.
There is a smoking area but there are still people who take no notice..I had someone vaping next to me and people smoking on the balcony either side of us so couldn’t sit on the balcony as much as we wanted to,
Wasn’t as keen on the entertainment this time..although they do work hard. Outside acts were ok..but had seen them before.
Will we return? Not really sure, it’s a maybe in a few years time.
