Uitstekend.
Pros:

De all in formule is uitstekend.
Voldoende eten en drinken.
Alles word direct aangevuld in de restaurants.
Eten is ook lekker warm, en dit voor buffetform.
Er is zeker voldoende afwisseling, zelf voor ons verblijf van 10 dagen.
Volgens dat het een heel groot hotel is, toch komt het heel rustig over.

Cons:

Bij aankomst werkte onze tv niet op de kamer.
Hebben het 3 keer moeten melden aan de receptie.
Is maar hersteld na 3 dagen.

Massaal all-inclusive hotel op een prima locatie.
Pros:

De locatie is goed. Aan het strand en niet in de drukte van Torremolinos. Het ontbijt was ruim voldoende. Voor een paar dagen strand prima.

Cons:

Het is een heel massaal gebeuren. Veel gasten die de hele dag aan de zwembaden rondhangen en gebruik maken van de all-inclusive formule. De buffetten zijn oké, maar dan ook zeker niet meer dan dat.

Honest and detailed review. Will definitely be back.
Pros:

Staff are the friendliest and kindest of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Every single staff member we encountered were so polite and welcoming.
Food choices were very good and well varied in the buffet having the 2 other restaurants is good for a change of scenery during a stay in the hotel too.
Hotel entertainment and activities are brilliant and change every day too. There was a Lion King show on one night and it was so good. Singers, bands, dancers etc other nights were very good. There's also a separate sports bar ideal for watching matches etc.
Gym on site is spacious and clean. Weight machines are fine however bikes, cross trainers and treadmill could do with being updated.
Proximity to the beach is excellent its literally across the street and we were able to walk the promenade multiple times a day with direct access from the pool area too.
We really enjoyed our stay would be happy to recommend and would stay again, requesting/booking an ocean view room.
Overall a fabulous holiday! Thank you.

Being totally honest and the reason for me giving 4 instead of 5 stars would be because of the following....

Some of the rooms are a little dated, broken tiles etc. And in need of a little refresh.
We actually changed rooms (staff were so lovely about it) and our second room although smaller was much nicer.
Towels at the pool were a little shabby (some not all).
Gym equipment could do with an update but worked fine.
The coffee!!! Oh my god I dont know why or how, but it was awful and I LOVE my coffee. I have mine black normally so you can really taste it properly. We tried it in the restaurant and in several of the different bars and it just wasnt good. We ended up buying coffee sachets in the shop accross the street and made it ourselves in the room. I generally have a few cups a day so that was a little disappointing but I'm sure others found it ok!
Other than the coffee, all other drinks were good!

The hotel although mostly excellent, just needs a little TLC in some areas.

Very nice hotel in all aspects except if you a a 'foodie'
Pros:

Hotel is huge, but no queues for lifts. No queues for drinks. No queues for food. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas

Cons:

Whilst there is plenty of food to choose from, it was bland. It was as if the chefs had not added any flavourings/spices to the meals.

Safe and welcoming quality family resort.
Pros:

Very welcoming all-inclusive family resort. Friendly, accommodating staff, large clean rooms and elegant facilities to suit everyone's needs. The food quality is first rate and plentiful; the evening entertainment enjoyable and the location convenient to Malaga airport and the centre of Torremolinos. I'd happily recommend this resort for a safe, quality family holiday.

Cons:

I'd suggest keeping at least one of the swimming pools open past 6 pm - perhaps until 9 pm.

Fabulous all-inclusive hotel for all ages.
Pros:

The staff was just amazing. Everyone was naturally super friendly and helpful. We were a large group of people from 11 different nationalities and they organised large dining tables, the cook went and made a special sauce for me etc. Although the hotel was full, the 5 pools and many bars easily accommodated all needs and it did not feel too busy. Excellent location opposite to the lovely beach.

Cons:

The only "critisism" would be that the food was a bit the same esch day. Although there was plenty to choose from.
