They were supposed to refund the difference but didn't- that overcharged me. Rooms were super small and just awful.
They claimed they didn't have my booking reservation when I got there to check in.

The only thing I liked about this property was that it was near businesses I needed.

Cons:

Although the property was near the freeway, the frontage road was directly in front of the building and the rooms had no noise blocking properties. Vehicles were constantly heard. When I travel a great distance I carry many items. When I asked about a luggage cart I was told “ it’s in use “ one cart? Really? Also the building is 3 stories high. There is only one ice maker for all three floors! It is in El Paso, heat is a problem. One ice maker is ridiculous although I could see there was a location on each floor where there used to be more machines. The restroom wasn’t clean from grime and hairs either. It appeared to be a newer building from the exterior but the walls and floors in the restroom were terribly damaged. Each time I showered the tub floor was so loud I thought I was going to fall through the floor. Seriously overpriced for the conditions. Lastly the staff was as helpful as a group of teens doing chores. The so called “breakfast” was horrid. The little available was 100% carbs. Never again will I stay here.

Pros:

I like the two gentlemen that were there to assist me when I checked in. I had issues with my room and they quickly fixed the issue.

Cons:

My first room was not clean , the bathroom said it was sanitized and cleaned however there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and around the room as well. I was given the opportunity to choose another room which I did, and fell asleep as we were on the road for more than 12 hours. In the morning I woke and saw all the defects in the room, the water stains on the walls, the ceiling peeling off , the room wasn’t entirely cleaned as there were hand and fingerprints all over the door and fixtures.

Mejora del desayuno.
Pros:

Todo el hotel está muy limpio y muy tranquilo.

Cons:

El desayuno está muy escueto. Antes era más completo. Le falta incluir el huevo y algún extra como salchichas o frijoles.

Pros:

Que es cómodo si vas de paso porque tienes enfrente tiendas y supermercados y los trabajadores son amables.

Cons:

Que le hace falta una renovación urgente , nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque la luz no funcionaba y en la otra habitación no funcionaba el refrigerador

Good place.
Pros:

Breakfast is ok if all you need is a muffin, waffle fruit & coffee. Pool is small but clean. Facilities are clean. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Good for long term stay.

Cons:

AC is a little noisy but not terrible. There are things that could be fixed but I think they are working on it.

El cuarto estaba muy bien, y la ubicación del hotel, el personal de recepción fue muy amable.

Cons:

EL desayuno me hubiera gustado algo como comida uno huevos o chilaquiles, habia pan y otros productos relacionados con la harina, aumentaron mucho el precio de la estancia en esos días.
