MUY CONFORTABLE, VOLVERÍA EN PROXIMAS OCASIONES

VIAJÉ CON MI HIJA, Y REALMENTE ESTUVIMOS MUY AGUSTO, TANTO EL CLIMA COMO CON TODO LO DE NUESTRA HABITACIÓN, SOLO ESTUVIMOS UNA NOCHE, PERO TUVIMOS BUEN DESCANSO, LAS ALMOHADAS Y LA CAMA SUPER CONFORTABLE. SOLO LOS PASILLOS TENÍAN UN POCO DE OLOR RARO. PERO ESO NO OPACÓ EL DISFRUTAR LA HABITACIÓN Y AL DÍA SIGUIENTE EL DESAYUNO

Pros:

Front desk was great and very friendly. After 12 hour drive no waiting got checked in and key worked fine. Room was good size and bed was comfortable. We noticed they were doing updates and believe they had not gotten to our room but still good.

Cons:

Room was definitely not spotless but bed was clean. Shower drain was full of black hair which neither of us have black hair. Shower head was not in best shape and pressure was lacking. No plug for the drain and that's when I found the drain full of hair.

Excelente opción al oeste de ELP
Pros:

Lo mas destacable fue la atención de quienes están en recepción (Armando y no recuerdo el nombre del otro joven).
Las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas algo que se agradece.
La limpieza también es muy buena.
El espacio para la zona del desayuno es aceptable.

Cons:

La opción de tener un desayuno caliente sería genial (huevo, jamón, etc), ya que en este caso solo es cereal, avena, panecillos y wafles.
La iluminación del cuarto es un poco deficiente (cuarto 119) son sólo 2 lámparas.
