Proche du parc Lumpini

Cons:

Il est en renovation dinc pas de piscine ni autre equipement. Mais le pire c est le bruit des Tuk Tuk la nuit ... si votre chambre est sur la rue, c est tres bruyant et meme au 17eme étage...

Pros:

Douche super : au standard européen avec un vrai débit d’eau.
Personnel professionnel.
Propre.

Cons:

Établissement un peu vieillissant mais d’une qualité supérieur.
La piscine et le restaurant était en rénovation donc fermé pendant mon séjour.

Pros:

All in all it was a good experience. We really enjoyed our stay here and woudln't mind staying again in our upcoming trips. One thing though, during the booking time itself, if the travellers are made aware of the swimming pool unavailability, breakfast and also the overall construction happening in the hotel it wold be good. I anyway didn't have a big problem but i get why others may get upset if they weren't informed about it in advance.

Cons:

The room we stayed in had some issues in their shower room, the water would get pooled after a shower and you had to call the house keeping to clean it. The hotel did offer us to change the room, but we had already unpacked everything and didn't want to repack again

Dated and misleadingly rated hotel with closed facilities (including the pool) and an unpleasant checkout experience
Pros:

Big spacious room to accommodate a family of 4 with a living room, kitchen and separate bedroom. Extra bed was free and we were able to get late check out.

Cons:

The hotel is very dated, runs down old kitchen, carpets, curtains etc it didn’t feel particularly clean. The bathroom’s shower had black mold in on the silicone seal. The hotel felt very empty, like barely any guests were there, I never saw anyone in the lobby.

Facilities like pool, gym, and restaurant were closed for renovation which we learned after booking and it seems from the comments that this hotel has had then in renovations since 2024. We booked this hotel because of the pool for the kids and we believe this hotel should not be advertised as having a pool.

Furthermore, the scoring of the hotel is 5 stars on Booking and 4 on Google. This hotel definitely doesn’t deserve a 5 star rating.

Lastly, we were chased by the hotel staff for not returning key cards and threatened to be charged if we don’t return them. We said we left one in the room and they were arguing that the housekeeping didn’t find any. We have never stayed in any 4 or 5 star hotels especially where not returning a key card would be such a big deal. The whole situation was bizarre especially that this was happening at the same time we were trying to calm our small kids from a tantrum which was a visibly stressful situation to us.

Fantastic Location, old room
Pros:

The location is really great at the heart/downtown of Bangkok, close to the many tourist attractions i.e. Central World, Four-face buddha, Velaa Community malls etc. Many restaurants/cafes & convenience stores are around. It is also located close to the BTS Station - Chidlom as well.

Cons:

The hotel is now under the renovation so most of the facilities are closed i.e. swimming pool/gym. And the room is a bit old. However, I got this room for the New Year's Eve with the great price, so it is still worth for me.

Was amazing, we had a superior room with 2 beds! Worth the price and super clean!
Pros:

Super clean, staff was amazing, no extras charges

Cons:

I think it was a little bit far from our activity. Almost 1h+ walk everyday to go near Chinatown, the temples, the river, etc.
