I would surely use it again and recommend it
Pros:

The Solita Soho is all about location. Perfectly located near a ton of restaurants, metro stations, good coffee shops and stores.

Next to little Italy, then comes Chinatown while the hotel is located outside of those areas in the nicer Soho part. Highly recommend the nearby coffee shops.

Personally we didn't have any issues with noise, it is located in a place where you will have some noise here are and there but that's mainly NY.

The staff was very helpful and the room the price was worth it.

Cons:

I didn't like the room size (two double beds) , I had read some reviews about this so at least I was prepared. For 4 people with luggage it feels a bit crowded, it gets tricky to store 4 carry on cases and move around. I didn't mind much as I am the kind of traveler that doesn't spend much time in the room.

Other family members (single double bed) stayed in a different room and the size is alright, much more comfortable.

My partner mentioned there was some humidity smell every time we came back but I personally didn't. We also didn't report it because it was just temporary.

The ac was located right next to the bed and it got really uncomfortable for the person sleeping in it, because the cold air went directly into the bed

Прекрасное расположение. Номер крошечный, но есть всё, чтобы комфортно отдохнуть после шумного города. Цена номера приятная.

Cons:

Мне не понравился старинный кондиционер, который занимал всё подоконное пространство и тарахтел всю ночь.

L'emplacement, l'accueil et l'hôtel étaient super..! Juste si vous êtes sensibles au bruit et que la chambre est côté rue, prévoir des boules quies.. Parfait rapport qualité prix.. Je recommande vivement..!!

Despite chk in time of 3 pm , My room wasn’t ready to chk in till 7.45 pm , and manager was arrogant took no responsibility refused compensation saying ask booking.com .Tv not working despite 3 reminders , refused to give me a Tea bag as I don’t hv coffee. All there 3 are reasonable requests but the Manager was dismissive

A clean hotel room and a good location
Pros:

The room was clean and there were clean towels. The staff was nice in general. There were complimentary coffee, cookies, and water at the lobby.

Cons:

First of all, the rooms were tiny. We were three people and had to squish in the room. There was practically nowhere to place out three cabim luggages. There was only a coffee machine in the room and some cofffe but the plastic cups were not renewed at every clean so I had tp get some myself in the lobby. Second, there was no lobby in the hotel where you can wait for a short amount of time. This was a huge downplay as the room was also so small so there was nowhere to spens time. Yes it is New York but the hotel in my opinion was really expensive for what you get there.

Pros:

The Solita is in a wonderful location. Easy access to mulitple subway stations (Canal, Prince, Spring). The area is lively and has something for everyone. Chinatown and Little Italy are less than a five minute walk. If neither of those are your style, the trendy shops of Soho are five minutes in the other direction. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Breakfast treats in the morning as well as coffee to take with you to go as you start your day. Cookies when you return in the evening (don't take too many before you head back out for a wonderful meal). A great place for any jumping off point to explore the city.
