El personal es muy amable y siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades

你们家的旅馆是我听一个朋友介绍的，他说你们这边蛮好的我也相信，但是当天入住的时候发生了有些让人不太愉快的事情 ，
前台只有一个人工作，可能无法应付多种变化的情况，你们前台人员跟其他顾客产生一点的纠纷而导致我一直等待安排我进入房间的时间 并且当时不单单是我一个人，也有别的顾客但是他已经等了不耐烦
我理解你们那天的系统刚好瘫痪或者崩溃之类的问题，我能理解但并不代表我会喜欢这样等待 也刚好有一位同乡同一时间跟我一起入住聊天才缓解我当时不愉快的情绪
