Best Western Hotel Grand Parc

The staff was amazingly friendly. They had the air conditioning off for the whole hotel but they provided us with a fan to use.

Really lovely hotel - it was such a welcoming lobby as well which made a great impression.

Arcade machine area for the kids too - a great price for what we paid and will deffo be returning!

Hotel is clean and comfortable. I stay here reletively frequently.
Staff can come across a little abrupt but it's not rudeness.

Very nice property with closer to lots of amenities

Hotel room was poorly cleaned. I wiped hair off the toilette.
Water leak from somewhere between the tub and the toilette. Tub draining very slow. Only 2 large towels in the room and 2 smaller ones even though the room was booked for 3 guests. Loud hammering and drilling noises at 9 am waking us up. Overall this is was good location nearby Disneyland.

Amazing hotel, comfy bed

We have stayed here lots of times and find it really clean and comfortable. It’s a perfect location for Disney.

we had a lovely stay at this hotel. we stayed for two nights while we had a disneyland paris trip, the hotel is very conveniently located and we found it very easy to get to disney from here.

the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, they all made us feel really welcome and although we had no concerns - they made us feel safe to express them if we had any.

the room is very clean, the beds are very comfortable especially after a long day on your feet, it comes with coffee facilities which although we didn’t use could be very useful to others. also located near the lift was a water fountain which dispensed normal temperature water and very cold water which was very refreshing.

we will definitely be using this hotel from now on for our frequent trips.

Good hotel short stay but had a good time. Clean friendly staff.

Comfy stay

We were there for a family affair. Great distance from CDG. In the country sides. Very close to fantastic dinning and shopping experience.
If you are looking for a place near Disneyland this is your hotel.

Was perfect for our trip to Disney, great location, reception were nice, despite our limited french, their English was brilliant.

It was very hot and air conditioning didn’t work. They said it was fixed but it wasn’t. They moved me to three different rooms and any of them had air conditioners. The guy at the front desk told me it happened every summer. Why do you announce an air conditioner if you don’t have it. My stayed was miserable there.

No pets allowed was the attraction and everything was excellent. Definitely stay again.

It's a regular room and just added double bunk bed so it was so tight with 4 adults unless you don't have luggage or maybe with small kids.

The only thing we were not please 100% with was the air conditioning. We were sweating in the room. Temperature was really hot.

Great stay friendly staff

Nice stay with friendly staff. The room was cozy, but for France, it was actually more spacious than many other hotels.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only negative thing was a slow draining sink.

A very enjoyable stay, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend this hotel.
