A nice hotel we’ve stayed in previously but will be unlikely to return until they fix the water temp
Pros:

Staff were very pleasant and helpful and premise was always clean and tidy.

Cons:

Showers too cold. Barely Luke warm at best

Thankfully, only had to spend the one night at this location.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were cheerful and helpful throughout.

Cons:

The standard of cleanliness and decor throughout the hotel left much to be desired. Bedroom was small and outdated, more like what you would experience at a hostel. A tired and dated building much in need of considerable financial investment

Pros:

Great location and only hotel in fort william with a pool and spa facilities, pool a decent size, bathroom was clean enough, staff friendly,food decent,drinks reasonably priced, plenty parking, easy to find

Cons:

The pillows were a bit lumpy, there was a repetitive noise in our room which made it a little hard to sleep, place needs a refurb, the room was a little on the cold side but there was an extra blanket available, very noisy in the morning, no much organisation or direction when the fire alarm went off at 630am

It's rather run down with Harling dropping off exterior. The leisure facility is chronic rusted lockers sauna decrepit showers clearly on all the time due to plumbing failure.

Duży pokój.Dobra cena. Czajnik w pokoju.
Basen, sauna sucha i mokra, jacuzzi w cenie bez limitu.
Możliwość zakupu bardzo dobrych posiłków. Bar dostępny.

Cons:

Trochę daleko do tego baru, ale to pewnie przez niską cenę. Można przejść pod dachem, tak że nawet nie zmokniesz. Tak że byliśmy zadowoleni z pobytu.

Our stay was marred by issues from the start...

When booking we were told the leisure facilities were not upto scratch with there no mention of the pool being cold and hardly usable. When in our room the hot water stopped working and we had none from the minute we got into the room... i reported this to the night receptionist before being told a manager would come and speak to me. This never happened, I then had multiple back and forth with the night receptionist about this to being told an eng will be out to fix it, all night and next morning before I checked out no hot water!!! I mentioned this to the receptionist when checking out to be told they checked and all working??? No engineer was called up then? This blatant ignorance towards my concerns and complaints have been washed away which is absolutely ridiculous and I would recommend never going to this hotel again! This is the worst experience I have ever felt from a hotel and really feel let down by this! Booking.com only being able to offer 15% back as a goodwill due to a hotel not being able to offer basic hygiene needs of hot water is ridiculous... PLEASE AVOID

Best value for money in fort william
Pros:

Amazing place to stay....don't be put off as you pull up.
Food on site was fantastic and portions perfect.

Cons:

Some areas are tired but it genuinely doesn't matter with the staff.

Our stay was good comfy bed just let down by cold room and lukewarm water in shower etc
