Our room was clean, comfortable and acceptable but lacked hot water for a shower in the morning. The staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were and all communal areas were clean. The dinner and breakfasts were good quality.
The swimming pool area is in need of attention, as plaster was falling off surrounding walls. The pool was warm at 30.8 degrees C.

Staff were excellent, especially given the standard the actual building was in. The staff clearly care about the customers and are providing the best service they can given the situation they they are working in.
The company have clearly stopped funding repairs to the building, carpets taped down, lack of carpet in the corridors directly next to our room, windows boarded with wood on main stair case. Very limited selection of beers and the leisure facilities were failing into disrepair. sauna out of order, steam room door did not close properly, no shower gel in shower area and general a sub standard experience. General exterior of the building was very tired and room although clean were small and very dated.

The pool facilities, room cleaned daily, fod was excellent with staff always happy
Sauna wasn't working and the gym on the last day was closed due to a fault on something but these things happen
Nothing to be honest
It’s tired, carpets worn thread bare, heating did not work in our initial room and we had to be moved. This whole stay experience was shocking due to the state of disrepair. A 1 star experience at best.

Dilapidated and feels uncared for , while charging way above it’s worth. Felt embarrassed to be Scottish, tourists can not be impressed.
It would of been good in the eighties when it was last decorated
The location is great for going in and out of Fort William and the staff were very friendly and helpful
The hotel needs a complete revamp. When approaching you can see it's actually named the 'en Nevis Hotel at the moment as one of the letters from the sign has fallen off. The spa and pool need a complete overhaul as it's mouldy and old. Considering this was the most expensive hotel on our 6 day trip around the Highlands it definitely was not worth the money.
