Pros:

The pool looked so nice at night. It was nice and quiet in afternoon. There was a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Good value with booking.com discount

If your looking for nice and to relax then I would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The spa was very run down. It looked like it was about to fall down. You will be shocked by the state of the entrance when walking to the spa. The gym was closed the whole 3 days due to a leak in the roof. That also looked like it was about to fall down.

Our room had no running hot water and the glass wardrobe door fell off the bracket.

Staff were lovely and couldn't fault them at all. The breakfast was also nice.

Cons:

Repairs that needed doing and the state of the spa. Also no hot running water in the showers at the spa. The showers were awful and would take you a very long time to wash your hair as it just trickeles.

Service staff was polite and hotel was in good location

Cons:

Hotel room had black mould by window in bedroom and on wall by window in bathroom. Bathroom window doesn't shut properly. Hot water tap on bath was lukewarm at best.

Jedzenie było bardzo dobre i kelnerzy na wysokim poziomie

Cons:

Letnia woda w wannie, całą noc coś stukało i pod nami była restauracja lub bar bo było dosyć głośno gdzie utrudniało to zasypianie

Pros:

Spa swimming pool was good .also food was quite 😋 good we liked

Cons:

In our room we had 2 radiators and only one was working in the bathroom so it does feel bit chilly. Also you can smell damp when you walk in to the room.
The whole hotel needs big big refreshments
