Keep clear of this hotel...!!!
Pros:

I am writing a review on behalf of my best friend... My friend and her husband went for a special weekend for there anniversary... Sadly she had to come back early as her experience at this hotel was awful.!!! The room was dated and there was mold on the walls dirty on the skirting and the reafiator was chipped and dirty looking... I was so sad for them both as they needed a nice break together.... But instead had to leave early on this special anniversary and lose out on money as well...why does this hotel remain open!!! Don't go there is hate anyone else to have that experience... My friends did not deserve this at all!!!!!

I’d stay again.
Pros:

The pool was lovely and warm.
Great location.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Food in the bar was ok.

Cons:

I read the reviews and have to agree there are parts of the hotel that could do with smartening up however all things considered it was fine.

Pros:

Clean. Good location. Good parking. The spa facilities were good for the cost of the room.

Cons:

We were unlucky enough to have issues with the warm water in the bath, they offered a room change but it was too late to take it as we had unpacked. Probably just an us problem but it marred the experience a bit.

Horrendous
Pros:

Nothing, food wasn't bad but the whole the building was in disrepair and like a building site.We were absolutely devastated by the condition of the property,to suggest it was tired would be a ridiculous understatement.

Cons:

The photos displayed on Booking.com were a travesty and fraud ,as the facade of the buildings, walkways and communal areas were in a terrible state .So much so ,we nearly turned around and left.
I would suggest Booking.com do far more due diligence when offering sites like this to long standing users.

Megan made the stay, she was outstanding on that front desk. She made us feel at home.
Pros:

We didn’t have breakfast, but they were very helpful and kind to let us use the fridge. The pool and hot tub were a great addition! The bathroom and bedroom were good. It was practical and just what we needed for the purpose of our stay. Megan was 10/10. If she’s not a manager, she should be after you read this!

Cons:

General wear and tear of the building needs a bit of TLC, but didn’t hinder the experience.
