Only if you have nowhere else to go
Pros:

The staff was really friendly and helpful, it’s sad that they have to work at a place like this. The room was spacious, clean and warm, but really outdated. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious but wasn’t worth the steep price.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room was really old and had broken tiles and missing grouting. The worst was that the shower never got hot, it barely got warm, and had very little water. We knew from the outside that it was going to be bad, but I didn’t think it would be this bad. We never even tried the pool because we were scared it would be just as bad.

Disappointing. If there had been hot water it would have been ok.

The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful despite v difficult circumstances - having to deal with the constant complaints of guests.

Cons:

No hot water for two nights. Fire alarms going off because of the rain - leaky roof. Both Obviously ongoing problems. Disgusting smell along hallway due to a previous flood.

The location of the property was near to all major restaurants, takeaways and attractions.

Cons:

The rooms that were given to us was not the ones that we booked. Booked 6 Superior Rooms and I requested for all the rooms to be closer. I understand the busy hours and the issues to get close rooms but only 3 rooms were superior rooms and other rooms were a lower type of room. We were charged the same for all of it . The room did not have mobile coverage and the in room telephone was also not working.
There was no hot water and the WiFi was not working . I did raise this issue at the reception but nothing happened.
