Elles montrent un hôtel en bonne état, alors que celui-ci est décrépi. On capte mal les chaînes sur la télé.

Location was an acceptable distance from the town centre

Cons:

Facility is run down and under invested in. Staff were very defeated as a result. Carpets are worn through, the mattress was well past it's life span. Some areas were dirty and beyond cleaning to restore to an acceptable level of cleanliness. Pictures online do not match the current state of the property. The roof is missing between the hotel and spa which would also be a significant fire risk. I have more photos showing the issues. The people of Fortwilliam were very friendly and would recommend the town.

Absolutely satisfying and we will definitely come again - we even got engaged on our trip.
Pros:

We both very much liked the hotel as a whole - the staff were all absolutely lovely and extremely approachable, our room was beautiful, very spacious, clean and comfortable, our meals (including two evening dinners and one morning's breakfast) were perfect and the spa/fitness suite was incredible, which we were both delighted to get plenty use of.

Cons:

Nothing much at all to report - except, one very minor issue, I could not figure out how to operate the hot water in the bath/shower, but that did not become a problem at all and no complaints need to be raised.
