Scriu pt turistii romani: hotel boutiq la strada principala cu tramvai: camere pe fata zgomotoase, atentie. Personal amabil, curatenie in fiecare zi. Sala pt mic dejun la et 1, mica, formata din 2 camere, cu acelasi meniu zilnic si saracacios.

How can it be a 4 star hotel? It's just a building of rooms. No restaurant, no bar.

Pros:

Location - good, short distance from train station and is located on the main shopping street.
Cleanliness - good.
Reception staff was helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

Air conditioning in the room did not work.
Breakfast. The the breakfast room is small so at the busy times it gets completely full. The issue is that one person was working the breakfast, and for three days straight during the morning rush that person was completely overwhelmed with dishwashing, clearing tables, reseting them and refills. The last day I waited over half and hour just for cutlery to be able to eat, when I could not even get the attention of the breakdast staff member I ended up walking out without eating as I did not want to waste any more time waiting.

Breakfast was very bad with quite limited options and their breakfast staff was rude. They seems dont like their job and dont even smile. They dont understand English too.
