Location & staff were good.

Cons:

The breakfast was not up to the money value, even the minimum wasn't provided everyday, such as scrambled eggs wasn't available for many days suddenly! Rooms are tight, and we have to ask for some accessories that were supposed to be included, such as shaving kit, tooth brushes etc...

The hotel has an excellent location, very convenient and close to everything. The room was comfortable, clean, and had very good air conditioning, which was especially appreciated during the summer. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall the hotel offered a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Cons:

The reception and entrance area are quite small and can feel a little tight, especially when several guests arrive at the same time. Apart from that, everything was very good.

Great place to stay in Nice close to everything and great value!
Pros:

Location, clean, great working A/C, modern room and bathroom, spacious room, no carpet, no weird smells. Staff very nice and friendly. Very good breakfast. Walking distance to everything including train station, old town, beach, port of Nice etc

The hair-dryer is AWFUL! They MUST change them. Awkward to hold and press the on button, especially if you have arthritis. The powerpoint is too far away and the curled cord too tight.
