Just what we needed for Shopping.
Pros:

I loved the entire hotel. It was in a great location. The train station is literally a 7-minute walk with luggage. The shops were within a 5-minute walk. Old Town was a 15-minute walk. The staff were lovely and kind, and the facilities were so clean. Definitely will stay again when I am back in Nice.

Cons:

Pros:

10 from me. Location, cleanliness, value. 5 minute walk to the train made it easy to get in/out. Stuff was helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

Eggs at breakfast weren't great, but I am nitpicking. Breakfast was worth it.
