Nice, clean, comfortable and a great breakfast and all at a good price.
Pros:

The room was large with a corner sofa offering a better relaxed seating area than most hotels rooms. The room rate was good and included a nice selection in the hot breakfast not often found with the rate charged.

Insgesamt ein Aufenthalt mit Höhen und Tiefen.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut, das Zimmer war geräumig und mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, TV und kl. Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Es gab auch eine kleine Couch im Zimmer.
Wer dort ist und etwas Zeit hat, fahrt nach North Little Rock in den kleinen Park Old Mill. Es kostet nichts und lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Es sind etwa 20Minuten mit dem Auto.

Cons:

Als wir gegen 13:00Uhr eintrafen wurde gerade der Pool gereinigt. Als wir diesen gegen 15:30 nutzen wollten, war er geschlossen, bei über 30 Grad Außentemperatur war dies sehr ärgerlich. Wir hatten uns auf eine kleine Erfrischung gefreut. Das Zimmer war relativ dunkel und das Fenster lies sich nicht öffnen, also Belüftung wieder mittels Klimaanlage. Insgesamt darf man nirgends genauer hinschauen, das Hotel hätte dringend eine Renovierung nötig. Warmwasser kam erst, nachdem der Wasserhahn eine gefühlte Ewigkeit aufgedreht wurde. Das Frühstück war ganz o.k., mehr aber auch nicht. Über uns war eine kleine Elefantenherde im Zimmer und gegen 23:00Uhr kam eine Familie ins Zimmer gegenüber mit einem kl. Kind welches laut schrie. Die Nacht war also kurz.

Okay for the money
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

We were assigned an occupied room. Luckily the gentleman wasn’t in there when we stepped in and saw the pillows disheveled. Clerk was apologetic and gave us a new room and escorted us to make sure it wasn’t occupied. Few pieces of trash under sink, bed linens had dried jerky(I hope that’s what it was) and one of the face towels had a very long black hair in it. Bed was way too hard for my taste but hubby didn’t mind. Every noise around you can be heard, but for the value and location, the downfalls are acceptable. Once again, I’m just glad that room we were given first didn’t have the man in it otherwise we would’ve gone elsewhere.
