Meadowbrook Motor Lodge

I booked a one night stay online through expedia.com. I paid $116.63 to expedia.com online. At the time of arrival the staff made me pay $120.00 because they could not find the reservation. It took me a week to resolve the issue by finally getting a refund of $116.63. I never found out who's fault it was, but the experience was not good.at all.

Great....... if you like cockroaches rude managers and no refund,
This place is also great..... if you don't like to sleep and like noisy places with criminal elements.....
If you are a drug dealer and want lots of customers this is the place to go...

It's a Motel, but was worth a one night stay! A bit noisy from inconsiderate Customers. Room was very clean. I would stay if I needed a one night stay over.

Horrible location. No closet in room, no internet sevice, no amenities such as a coffee pot. Phone in room not connected. Mattress in bed bad. Staff only cleans the rooms on Tuesdays and will not even pick up garbage. Would not allow late check-out by a couple of minutes without an extra charge.

NO HOT Water!!! terrible pillows, Beach towels instead of regular soft towels

Perfect for a night, Opus Restaurant had a charity event, was cheaper than Uber

Very quiet

The room has urine odor. Room service is available every Tuesday and Friday. I checked in on Friday and check out on next Tuesday. That meant I had NO room service during my entire 4 day stay. The keycard activation machine was broken. I had to ask the motel staff to open my door every time. Overall, this motel was awful.

When we checked in was told the card system was down so we had to be escorted to get our room open, when we got in our room it had a odd smell to it and right before we were about to lay on the bed there was a stain on the sheets. We asked to switch room and the room they put us in also smelled odd and instead of the sheets being stain with mysterious fluid the dresser and sitting area chair has fluid on it. At this point I was not accepting the excuse of the washier machine didn’t get to it so we left and ask for refund. The front desk was understanding and gave us our refund but we deff will not come again

From reading the reviews I was expecting something really horrible....this is a very basic motel....no luxury.... however the room was clean...the air conditioner was effective....it did need cleaning.....and the bed sheets were clean but obviously not new . .. however the price paid for the room made up for the drawbacks... This is NOT a spend a week in New York vacation motel.. this is a cost effective need a room for a night or two motel ...

First I have never been in a hotel or motel that had 3 hr rates! I believe this is a motel for hookups if you know what I mean. We booked a standard room on the 1st floor for my wife who is handicapped. They had no standard rooms available (even though i had reserved one) the standard room was supposed to have a king sized bed and a full or queen bed. The room they gave us had 2 Full Sized beds. They claimed there wasn't another room available to accommodate us.The shower we had to buy a safety bar so my wife wouldn't fall in the shower. The TV was staticy but they did fix it when we told them about it. Our bed was so worn out that I almost fell out of it several times trying to go to the bathroom (mattress was worn thin) and hurt my elbow on an exposed spring! The room reeked of smoke even though it was supposed to be a smoke free room! They gave us no discount or refund for the inconvenience! The only saving grace for this hotel was the manager bent over backwards to give us extra towels and pillows.

The people were very, very nice and accommodating. The price was right because all the other hotels in the area are very expensive. it is very clean. It’s not fancy. The only thing I didn’t like was they said they had a restaurant they do not have a restaurant they do not have a do not disturb for the door. I’m glad they want to clean my room, but I don’t like being woken up at 8:30 in the morning, the people were just wonderful

Dirty, smelly and no hot water.

There was no stay. We booked months in advance. Cleared with a staff member over the phone, two days prior to coming that we could check in at an earlier time. Our room was ready but the “manager” would not let us check in. I’m not sure she is aware that she works in Hospitality but I can’t imagine how she is able to keep her job. She is a terribly rude, unkind and thoughtless individual.
There was also a drug deal occurring just behind the lobby building, and it was very badly in need of updating. It was also clear this is a DSS placement motel. It should not be listed on Hotels.com. It’s terrible. We booked another hotel and left.

We had a nice stay. The room was clean and the bathroom looked like it had been updated recently. There was a working microwave and fridge but the extension lead they were plugged into needed something more secure. WiFi was awful. Sitting in the car outside the office we couldn't even get a connection!
