Always a treat
Pros:

Always a special welcome and nothing too much trouble.

Cons:

Was not informed prior to water going off. I also feel breakfast charges are too high.
However, the hotel cancelled our breakfast fee and evening hot drink for 1 day/night as compensation. Thankyou.

Excellent établissement avec un personnel professionnel et attentionné
Pros:

L acceuil et en particulier celui de Caroline qui est une personne sympathique et attentionnée vis à vis de la clientèle. Elle nous a donnés en plus de bonnes adresses de restaurants.

le réceptionniste charmant et très professionnel !

Cons:

notre chambre : ne correspondait pas du tout à la chambre Classique que l'on voit sur votre site !
Nous étions donc 2 mais une seule table de chevet avec une mini lampe (ça je l'ai signalé même à la propriétaire qui
se trouvait derrière la réceptionniste lorsque je suis allée payer ) mais comme elle m'a dit ce n'était pas si grave !
Nous étions quand même dans un Mc Gallery !!!
