Great city hotel in a great location
Pros:

Great location - historic old town easily accessible (walkable) and a great base for visiting friends in the suburbs too.
Loved our room - compact but functional and (always a bonus) windows opened for fresh air!

Nice and modern hotel
Pros:

The location is great within walking distance to the old town.

Cons:

There was no air condition in the room so it stayed very warm at night. We could not open the windows as well due to construction works nearby which started very early.

Very relaxing and friendly.
Pros:

The hotel was more than expected. Clean and efficient for sure but also quirky and friendly with a lovely bar and chill area indoors and outdoors. It had the friendly feel of a hostel despite being a hotel. Excellent for a solo traveller.

Pros:

Very important to know that there is no airconditioning. You are provided a fan. It is warm during the summer. The listing on the booking site stated airconditioning provided. The bed and pillows were good. The breakfast is excellent and also the location. The bathroom is very small. Might be a problem if room has two people.
