Pros:

Sympathiek hotel, fijn onthaal en leuke bar. Er is een terras zowel voor de bar aks het restaurant. De kamer was smaakvol ingericht, je kan er een koffie zetten, het bed was uitstekend. Dit hotel is een aanrader, op 10 min stappen van het oude centrum en het Kunsthaus. Je kan op voorhand een parkingplaats om de hoek via het hotel reserveren, aan 25Fr/dag. Doen, want op straat is het 120Fr/dag.

Geen opmerkingen, alles was prima.

Delayed check in is no go in the 21. century

Cons:

The room was not check-in ready at 7 pm, although the official check-in time is at 3 pm.
The staff was not experienced enough and I understood during my wait in the foyer that the hotel operator has changed several months ago, so many of the hotel reviews are supposedly from the time before.

No answer at all for an after stay request.

Cons:

We took by mistake a park car with us. They charged us 50 CHF without notice. I contacted 2 times the property by email and even talk on the phone with Ms “Duka” on the 15.06. Still no answer at all.
