Nice stay for the evening, very good breakfast

The staff was great.

Room clean & comfortable.
Only negative is parking lot has some big craters that you have to navigate around.

We arrived at 1:30pm. When I asked a
if the room was ready, could we check in I was told there
was a "charge" to check in early. I have "never" been told that. If the room was ready the hotel/motel has always just let us in the room!
The night staff and breakfast staff were great. Friday am it was very busy and food ran out but Sat and Sunday was good.

Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast started at a reasonable time of 6 am so it makes it easy to get back on the road when traveling.

Decently quiet but I still brought a fan and earplugs

Room was clean and tidy. Had trouble using the TV for local channels- but ‘figured it out’ eventually. Not sure why I’m required to provide a drivers license. No other hotel chain requires this of me - and I’m pretty sure other patrons. Despite my issues (unique to me I presume) my wife and I were pleased with the stay and will rebook when we travel through the area again.

The room window had a crack cover with tape, the toilet was very wobbly and the tub backs up but over all the place is nice and staff are great

My mother, 2 month old, and I were caught in the WV foggy mtns and needed to stop for the night. We called ahead and the desk agent was the kindest, most amazing human. Truly so sweet and helpful. We had to check in around 2am and he made it seamless and so easy.
The room was neat and decent, exactly what we needed to be able to finish our 12 hour commute home the next am.

The true above and beyond excellent customer service and kindness came in this morning when I received a phone call from the front desk informing me of what I already knew. I had left my colostrum and breastmilk in the freezer. Unfortunately, I had already made it back home and there was no way to retrieve it. They offered to ship it if I could find a way to acquire dry ice for them to mail it to me. Ultimately, I decided to discard it, as there are so many other things going on and I had already accepted this tough loss. Their thoughtfulness and attempts to rectify this,
noting how important and difficult this is for a breastfeeding mother was so touching to me. I cannot convey the deep appreciation I have for the humans that I interacted with at this hotel. 100/10 for customer service and kindness! Thank you all so much for your hospitality during such a stressful time for us!
