Did not stay there because of the condition of the hotel was atrocious. I stated above they promised a refund the follow

Absolutely nothing. Atrocious!!!

Cons:

I didn’t like anything about the property. We had a room booked, checked in and got in our room and within 15 minutes. My kids had headaches because the chemical smells were so overwhelming. When you walk in the bathroom your shoes literally stuck to the floor because something has been spilled all over and not clean. After mowing it over, we decided not to stay there. I went the front desk and open the situation told them we did not want to stay there because it was sketchy overall, and he assured me that we would be issued a refund through Booking.com. This has been over a week ago now and they, meaning the hotel, have informed me several Times. That they cannot issue me a refund because it’s against their cancellation policy. They assured me as I said when I was there that they would refund me and they completely lie. Booking.com has been absolutely zero health as well. Literally threw away $270. I would highly recommend to never use this hotel.

Very close to the entrance to Yellowstone. Parking was good and close to restaurants.
Pros:

The room was quiet, bed was comfortable. No issues with any plumbing or any thing else, like other hotels. Room was cleaned daily and overall experience was great.

Cons:

Nothing.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento, molto grande (3 letti). Non c'erano però nè un armadio nè una mensola nè un comodino.
La pulizia è superficiale, molte delle stoviglie (posate, bicchieri) erano sporche e ho dovuto lavarle prima di usarle.
Detto questo, la vicinanza all'entrata ovest del parco ed il prezzo molto più basso rispetto ad altre strutture, fanno si che ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Decent. Location is good.

Cons:

There is no toilet to use if you are there before your check in time. There is No kettle & no iron/ironing board even for a loan.

Pros:

It is in a good location with very comfortable huge rooms. Our view was an alleyway but that turned out to be a great view since there was a momma fox with 3 babies back there playing.

Dated but was comfortable and clean

Very dated. Ice machine didn’t work, no hot water first night, internet didn’t work, door didn’t close safely (needs new lock)

Great Location
Pros:

Great Location: This motel has the feel of a classic motor lodge. West Yellowstone is the best for visiting both Yellowstone and Grand Teton.
The room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean with modern amenities. And the room was quiet. Great place!

Sehr gute Lage.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in Jahre gekommen. Unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer. Türen haben nicht mehr richtig geschlossen. Kein Kühlschrank. Für den sehr hohen Preis leider sehr sehr wenig.
