بعد غياب الشمس يختفي الجميع السكن نظيف الهدوء يعم المكان الطريق غير جيد لا يوجد اماكن تزورها على الاقدام

Es ist nicht alles Gold, was glänzt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut.
Das aüßere Erscheinungsbild ist sehr gut.
Die Anlage und das Gebäude sowie die Apartments werden gepflegt und sind stets sauber.
Die Größe der Apartments ist ausreichend.
Das Wellnessbereich ist okay.

Cons:

Zum Apartment:
Die Einrichtung ist nicht sehr qualitativ.
Es gibt zwar eine Küche, aber es gibt keinen Topf und keine Pfanne zum Kochen.
Fazit: die Küche ist für nichts zu gebrauchen. Außer Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher.

Rezeption:
Jeder Gebäude Bloc hat eigene Rezeption, leider ist die Rezeption zu 95 % nicht besetzt, man muss immer eine Telefon Nummer anrufen.
Eine einzige Rezeption würde für die ganze Anlage reichen und die sollte wenigstens tagsüber besetzt sein.

Und auch sonst gibt es nirgendwo schriftliche Informationen zum Appartment, Anlage, Umgebung oder sonstiges.

I particularly liked the hotel’s location and facilities, and found the staff attentive and supportive.

Cons:

I found it unpleasant that the same music was played repeatedly in the ski area from 10 AM to 10 PM. Additionally, the swimming pool was somewhat cold, and the sauna did not appear to be working properly.
