Great location in the heart of historic Charleston.
Perfect location and loved the feel of being home with the kitchen and the balcony upstairs! From the front desk to the housekeepers, all the staff were amazing! The courtyard with the fountain was so relaxing too!
Location
Nothing
The location was fantastic and the staff were so kind and helpful.
The bathrooms could be cleaner.
Great location and a charming historic hotel with plenty of character.
My wife and I spent a few days in Charleston and this Hotel was fantastic! Room was great and had everything you could ask for. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable of the Historic area. We encountered 3 different front desk associates during our stay and each was a delight and genuinely concerned we were enjoying our stay. We met General Manager Eric Curtis checking out and found him to be a great person. Church Street Inn should be proud of Eric and the Team at this establishment. We will highly recommend to others. Thank you for a great stay!
We’ve stayed here 3 times. Perfectly located to walk to many of the sights…galleries, the market, Black Fedora, etc. Convenient parking at the corner garage. The one time there was a water issue (city problem) the room was comped. Good employee interaction. Just be aware your two story room means hauling luggage up stairs.
Great Location!! Rooms were cute and large with small kitchenette and living room area with 2 queen beds upstairs.. 1 1/2 bath..Staff VERY FRIENDLY and helpful..Would definitely stay again..city market and carriage rides literally across the street..
The location, just steps from the market and multiple restaurants. The staff are above and beyond, super friendly and knowledgeable.
Not a thing. All good.
Charming, quiet, clean, friendliest staff EVER - and the location can't be beat!
Walking distance to everything , very nice place to stay , and staff was very nice !! Loved it !
It is very convenient to the market and restaurants, and the staff was very friendly
Too many things to list, curtains fell and no definite answer as to if they would be fixed that day, maintenance was going to be there that day for a while, but not sure, they did say they would switch our room, but they did fix them before we had to change clothes a second time and go to bed. One tiny trash can up stairs in bathroom only, no mirror upstairs except for one in upstairs bathroom, they didn’t tell us about the “upstairs” bedroom, only one wash cloth, toilet loose, sink and vanity chipped, the faucet dripped a lot, and I’m in the hospitality business and I didn’t know you could buy that cheap of a toilet paper!, that’s not all, simply put, the value of what we received for what we paid was very out of per portion.
The facility was very nice just not handicap friendly. My husband is handicapped bedroom upstairs as wall as the shower. No grab bars inches shower. We would not stay there again they also charged us a fee for staying there.
Handicap friendly
