حلو بس تراه موقريب لباتونغ بيتش بعيد والاستقبال يختفون من11 ليل لين 8.40 صباح ذي مشكلتهم

كل شي حلو هدوء تعامل الموظفين جدا رائع بل استقبال وبل خروج يوفرون سياره توصلك للمطار بحجز مسبق وسعر ممتاز عشان السواق يجيك وينقلك للمطار بدون تاخير لان تطبيقات مممن تتاخر بس هم سواقهم يكون تحت اظمن لكم

الساعه11 مساء يختفون الاستقبال ويقفلون الانوار حقت الفندق الي بل استقبال حتى مكيف يقفلوه الي بل استقبال نسيت الكرت داخل الغرفه وطلعت رجعت الساعه11.30 مساء مالقيت اي موظف استقبال اتصل على الارقام حقتهم الي في بوكينج محد يرد اتصل على الثابت يدق تلفون قدامي😂 صرت الف حول نفسي الاستقبال ضلام وحار دقيت على الشرطه جو عندنا ولا خدمونا بشي 😂😂😂 كان معي نفس الوقت ضاع الكرت حقهم وكلنا جلسنا بشارع عند باب الفندق اخر شي طلعنا دبابات رحنا باتونغ بيتش حضرنا الفجر على الشاطئ رجعنا الفندق ساعه6 وجلسنا على درج الفندق لين الساعه8.40 صباح لين جت الموظفه كاننا ضحايا حرب جالسين ننتظر اغاثه ذي ازبل شي صار

Think twice before booking
Pros:

Pool was nice overlooking the city. Room was big . Bed comfortable

Cons:

Safe in the room was broken. Too much noise from the road outside being it was situated at an intersection. Shower you had to hold the nozzle in your hand otherwise the water would spray the whole bathroom. Distance was too far to town.

Pros:

​J'ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité de la chambre. La literie est d'un grand confort et l'isolation phonique parfaite pour passer des nuits paisibles. Tout était d'une propreté irréprochable. C'est avec grand plaisir que je reviendrai lors de mon prochain passage !
