We would stay here again. It was a great value, clean, comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Convenient to shops, waterfront, dining and the tunnel to Manhattan. Coffee and breakfast on the patio was very nice.

Le personnel qui travaille a là réception n était pas trop souriant. Il répondait a nos questions avec la tete sans meme dire ou non la madame et le monsieur qui travaillent la nuit. Appart de ca le reste est impeccable.

if you are on a budget, this is definitively a very nice hotel.
Pros:

the rooms are small but well equipped, we booked for a family of four (2x queens) and space was sufficient. Breakfast was very good and ambient was nice (after renovation). Location is very convenient to spent a day in NYC w/o crashing the bank.

Cons:

very little shower gel/shampoo. AC unit was noisy

Eccezionale hotel alle porte di NYC
Pros:

L'hotel è in una posizione ottima per andare a NYC, è nuovissimo, pulitissimo e con del personale gentilissimo. Le camere ed i servizi sono più che soddisfacenti. La colazione anche se solo dolce, è di qualità nei prodotti e in quantità ampia. Il parcheggio è essenziale e ti permettono di lasciare l'auto lì per tutta la giornata del check out, anche dopo averlo effettuato. Consigliato per chi arriva a NYC da ovest perché si fa poco traffico al momento dell'arrivo.
