Pros:

Bei der Buchung wurde Frühstück miteinbegriffen ganz klar kommuniziert.
Trotzdem mussten wir ca. 25€ dazuzahlen.
Das verstehe ich nicht unter Frühstück inclusive!

Short stay in Jasper
Pros:

Location was good in the center of jasper, very friendly staff

Cons:

Very small room and even unworkably smaller bathroom.
The temperature of the room was very hot with no air con or way to turn the heating off.

Pros:

I didn't like anything. The highway between lake Louise and Jasper was closed due to avalanche prevention then heavy snow fall. It would have taken me an hour to get there if the road was open. Reception expected me to drive to Banff then to Jasper. That would have taken me 7hrs. Reception refused to get me in contact with the manager. Because it was impossible to get to the hotel she refused to refund me.

Cons:

The managers at the Astoria are a bunch of thieves taking advantage of my misfortune. I will be telling everyone never to stay at the Astoria .

Dépanne pour une nuit mais je ne le conseille pas pour plus longtemps ou comme premier choix.
Pros:

Un joli cachet,propre et bien placé dans la ville et tout est accessible à pied. Il y a un resto d'attaché à l'hôtel.

Cons:

La salle de toilette est vraiment petite et la douche a été un moment vraiment désagréable car aucune stabilité de la température de l'eau. Elle pouvait m'ébouillanter et devenir glacial dans la même minute et jamais être juste tiède...je n'ai même pas fait prendre de douche à mon enfant pour cette raison.

Emplacement au centre ville près de tout
