Location
Bathroom was very small
It's conveniently located near Jasper station, with shops nearby and a bar in the hotel. The interior had a retro feel.
The bathroom had a musty smell due to poor ventilation, and it was a bit hot, but the air conditioner was old and didn't ventilate properly, which was a problem. There was no elevator, so it was difficult to carry heavy luggage down.
The bed was very comfortable.
The water being shut off 3 hours a day. Wish I had upgraded to a larger room. Our room was very small and no chair to read. Only place to sit was the bed.
Old and run down.
Muito acessível e perto de tudo
O facto de não terem cozinha!
Close to the train station .
The " Mountain View " was a distant one across a large flat roof !! The noisy air conditioning unit was right outside the window which we had to keep open all night because the room was stuffy . The Hotel itself is very dated , and needs uplifting . Loud music from downstairs seemed to be on all night . The bathroom is too small & has no room to even put your toiletries bag . Staff member on the desk barely looked up as we checked out , didn't even bother asking if we'd enjoyed our stay .
Nothing
We stayed in hotel premises for 10 minutes and decided not to sleep there as hotel was dirty ,full of smell and it was hard on breathing .We tried reaching booking.com but AI POWERED call doesn't allow to connect to real human .it's asking for pin which is not mentioned in the email .Lesson learnt never book with BOOKING.COM which set up traps to loose money and where it's impossible to get hold of anybody to cancel reservation.
The location was great. It's right there on the main drag of Jasper.
I didn't care for the racket the live band was making downstairs. Their noise penetrated the walls, and the music wasn't that great either.
The hotel had lots of history and character.
The room was way too hot when we got in it but we did get it cooled down.
Location excellent. Neat historic hotel.
Noises are pretty bad. Live band music from downstairs shakes the room till past 10:30pm. Easily hear people talking and walking in hallway. Just thin walls and old room.
Central location within walking distance of everything in town.
Did not enjoy the tour bus full in feens that parked outside my windows at 2am and proceeded to check in making the halls of the hotel noisy for about 45min
Simple, confrontable room at prime location.
The bar located in the hotel lobby organizes the music events. The loud music was not appreciated and was interfering with my sleep. Good thing is that the music stops around 22:30-23h.
The location was wonderful and the room was cute. The bed was comfy and the sheets were great.
The bathroom was very small but it’s all we needed. The room didn’t get very dark, if you’re light sensitive I would bring a sleep mask.
