Hotel molto grazioso, posizione top!
Pros:

Stanza molto carina, letto comodo, posizione, ci hanno fatto parcheggiare la macchina già dalla mattina ben prima del check-in, grazie!

Bela vista das montanhas
Pros:

Hotel bonito, muito bem localizado, bem em frente a vista incrível das montanhas de Jasper. Recebi todas as informações que precisava para os passeios na recepção e voucher de 20 dólares para tomar café da manhã no restaurante abaixo. Também há um pub no hotel com cervejas variadas e refeições

Cons:

Por ser uma casa antiga algumas instalações são antigas, como interruptores e ar condicionado de janela, mas nada que atrapalhe. Há também a prática de fazer uma cobrança de 200 dólares no cartão como caução que é comum no Canadá mas cancelaram logo após o checkout

La ubicación muy buena y la posibilidad de aparcamiento gratuito en la ciudad.
Muy recomendable.

Cons:

Había que subir un tramo de escaleras hasta la habitación. Por el precio de la habitación me parece que estaría bien que tuvieran ascensor al menos.

Hält, was es verspricht.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal. Parken kostenlos gegenüber der Unterkunft. Frühstück und Abendessen im Restaurant Papa George direkt im Hotel sehr gut.

Cons:

Sehr kleine Zimmer. Klimaanlage alt.

Teures Zimmer an guter Lage mit gutem Essen im Restaurant und unfähigem Management!

Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Es gab einen Gutschein für das Abendessen, welcher anscheinend vor dem Besuch hätte gezeigt werden müssen. Das hat niemand an der Rezeption so gesagt. Auf dem Zettel war es vermutlich sehr klein geschrieben. Wir haben extra aus diesem Grund dort gegessen und vergessen den Gutschein zu zeigen. Danach hiess es, wir können beim Frühstück die 20% zusätzlich in Rechnung stellen. Das hat nicht funktioniert und der Manager, der Manager darüber und die Chefmanagerin konnten uns dann 6 Dollar auszahlen. Ein langes hin und her gab es danach, was aufzeigt, wie unfähig und kompetenzlos das Management im Hotel ist!
Das Hotel ist eines der wenigen vor Ort, was im Preis gnadenlos ausgenutzt wird. Das Zimmer ist extrem klein (Jugendbett für Kinder) und das WC mit Dusche ist nur für extrem schlanke Leute geeignet.

Noisy as temporary air con meant the window was part open for the heat extractor pipe. Needs proper air-con built in. Bathroom sink was in the actual room not separate

Pros:

Location excellent, near shops/restaurants and railway station. Some rooms have mountain view (which means also the busy main street and railway yard). Good wifi and laundry room, helpful staff (eg bringing luggage via the stairs); separate tea kettle in room.

Cons:

Room itself is labeled 'quaint/vintage', but for us it was just an overpriced dump. Bedroom far too small for 2 persons and luggage. Bathroom '100 years old but renovated in 2017' but that hardly shows off. Bath tub with jetstreams that don't work at all, clumsy taps on main sink with also wear and tear.

Even in main season, only worth half of less of quoted price level.
