Quality Inn Thermopolis Near Hot Springs

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was good. The water was hot. The hot tub was working well, but felt like it needed paint. The furniture was worn. The rooms need repair. Beds were ok. The safety bar lock has been kicked in & not repaired where you feel secure. Fortunately it was a safe area. The property really needs to be updated. For the price it was an ok experience.

The staff for this hotel were outstanding. Very warm and friendly and down to earth. The room was very clean and comfortable with desk and table for laptops. While we did not use the amenities, they appeared to be very functional. Breakfast was the standard you get from most hotels of this nature but the coffee was great. In talking to the manager, he indicated he hunted for the best coffee (I believe he said it was Cowboy Coffee) and I think he nailed it. We drink it black and it was hot with great dark roasted coffee taste. (Please note this is my and my wife's opinion and we are not Panera, Starbuck patrons). The staff seemed to be very dedicated in trying to ensure we were comfortable.

It was a good stay. Just ok

The curtains, bedding, carpets are dirty, full of holes and stains. The carpets in the room and in the whole building are dirty and the first floor stinks of cigarettes. The building I’m overall seems deteriorated.

The beds and shower were amazing

Carpets stained, sheets stained, comforter stained. Very dirty place.

Carpet not clean and the back door was propped open with a rock! Clean beds, but bathroom floor had hair on it. Breakfast was good.

Very dirty and but very nice staff

Motorcycle trip 2025. We saw some beautiful scenery on the way to Thermopolis and beyond. The manager her was amazing. Preston went above and beyond for us

Last minute stay. Receptionist pretty rough but pleasant. Carpet had a moldy smell to it. No elevator. Breakfast decent. Hot shower amazing with lots if pressure. Bed sheets clean and comfortable. No bugs.

Friendly staff but the hotel is dated, badly in need of a deep cleaning and good vacuuming. Room was decent size, AC was off and room took forever to cool off, shower curtain was moldy and needed to be replaced, and tv didn’t work.

Room was clean. We booked a room with bunk beds, it was perfect for our family of 6.

It is ok. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. A bit dated and the AC needs some help. Good overall.

Easy to find-staff helpful and friendly- room shabby condition- some areas need cleaning and need deep cleaning -good breakfast -nice having beer/wine/food available

I wasn’t sure what to expect, I was not disappointed. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and then was no smoke residue. The Thermopolis Quality Inn was nothing short of wonderful. The hotel is pretty friendly and people friendly. Preston and Carl were the two front people We met/spoke to and they were very curtious, friendly, and a font of knowledge. The entire staff were just so nice and friendly and made us feel very welcomed.

We came on a reconnaissance mission and left successful.

Great stay

The hotel is located just outside Theremopolis just beyond the Windvriver canyon. Even though it is not in Thermopolis proper it is only a short drive to the city center.
We thought the hotel was clean and updated.The staff was courteous and professional.
In a town filled with " vintage " hotels we were happy with our choice and will consider staying there again when we return to Theremopolis
