one of our favorite go to restaurant . super friendly staffs , clean , fast serving . their food is also super good and nice . we would love to come back every month to try their menu. miss adele and sir andrei is so friendly i love to eat here with them here .

Location is great, near the mall.
Atmosphere is well great, they have a nice lobby. Even the staff are very hospitable.
Rooms is highly well maintained. Its very clean.
Value for its price is good. The service is very good and accommodating in every staff. The food is very good. For sure, we will come back again to this hotel. My son loves it. I hope next time, we can try to use the pool. (close due to renovation)

I left my wallet in a Grab driver's car, and Jillian Craig and his team looked after me until I finally got my wallet back. Thank you very much for the help!

My first time to booked at New Coast Hotel Manila was an unforgettable experience. From the front desk lobby, security, service crew staffs, cleaning and in room services are acceptionally great, polite, friendly smile, and respectful. In my 27 days stay at the hotel I have build a friendly relation with staff.
To mention a few;
Jonathan De Dias HK supervisor and his staff Arvin Sarmiento and Paul Rico who always keep my room freshly cleaned and full of suppled all my needs.
In-room dining room service where I ordered breakfast together with my family. We enjoyed all the serving at the menu. I always request of how my breakfast prepared and demand granted.
Over all services was very satisfying and I can recommended to my family and friends. And the near future I will surely stay again.
My stay at the hotel is nearly getting close. I am leaving on Feb 16, 2026. The courtesy shuttle give me great service from pick up to drop off the airport.

It was a fantastic experience, the staff was kind and very accommodating such a wonderful to feel comfortable staying here, it’s a nice to have a polite staff around and very welcoming environment, the gym is the best spot for me, everything all you need is there yep salute to the staff that took care of everything✨
