No fue buena. Perdimos el dinero porque nos apuramos a pagar cuatro días y nos fuimos al segundo día

No nos gustó la cochera, muy abandonada, somos una familia con 3 hijos y nos dieron habitaciones muy separadas en distintos pisos. Las habitaciones no tienen lugar de guardado para la ropa. Es un hotel para pasar una noche e irte porque no tiene comodidad ni confort. El desayuno es regular, el lugar donde se desayuna es un sótano. Habíamos pagado 4 noches cuando ingresamos, pero al segundo día nos queríamos ir porque no nos sentíamos a gusto, lo hablamos en recepción pero nos dijeron que no se devolvía el dinero. Nos fuimos igual así que perdimos 2 días de estadía, el precio es muy alto para las características del hotel.

Dependencias en remodelación, trabajos de obra en primeros pisos mal planificados, ascensores malos, a la hora del desayno no había suficiente para todos en la hora pick, pasajeros reclamando, staff disculpándose, ambiente de caos.

En la recepción el café estaba frío, los estacionamientos subterráneos estrechos y el desayuno cierra temprano y nos dijeron que era hasta las 10:30 y cuando bajamos ya estaba cerrado .
