Conforto e acolhimento.
Pros:

THis hotel is very well staffed and it is very nicely located.
Pros:

I particularly appreciated the staff. They were all very helpful and friendly. They always spend time answering my touristy questions and greet it me in a warm way whenever I return to the hotel.

Cons:

I think a nice addition to breakfast would be to have custom a la carte eggs. Other than that I liked the variety of bread and pastries and also the fresh fruit juices.
