Pros:

Close to the airport

Cons:

They do not bother to offer alternative breakfast when it is part of the inclusion just because it’s holiday. No microwave to reheat food. The worst is they charge their customer for extra night. Must only charge as per what is booked! I appreciate the reception to allow us to check-in earlier though as the room is ready.

I would not book this property again

The location

Cons:

As soon as I stepped foot in the door there was a very dank smell, like old soiled carpet. The property felt very low budget (similar to Red Roof Inn). One morning a little after 9am they had run out of breakfast items. We had to leave the property to get edible breakfast options.

Cons:

The noise from the room heater was horrible. The noise from the hall was constant. You could hear people luggage carts and doors being shut.

THE FRONT STAFF TRIED TO CHARGE ME AFTER I HAD ALREADY PAID IN ADVANCE AND SHOWED THEM MY RECEIPT I HAD TO GET THE MANAGER TO STRAIGHTEN IT OUT. THE FRONT DESK LADY WAS REALLY RUDE. THEN WHEN WE CHECKED OUT THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN I HAD TO CALL BACK AGAIN FRONT DESK WAS RUDE HAD TO TALK TO A MANAGER AGAIN TO GET MY REFUND. THAY ALSO CHARGED US FOR 2 MEALS WHEN WE ONLY PURCHASED 1. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BILL COMPLETELY. THE MANAGER WAS SUPER NICE AND HANDLED EVERY CONCERN I HAD.

Pros:

The room was very comfortable the only improvement I suggest is to have an Nesspresso Vertuo machine available ( it can be placed in the lobby) for those of us who like espresso or latte. We had a very early flight and could not connect to airport transportation nor breakfast.

It was a great place to stay for overnight trip to Raleigh.
Pros:

The extensive breakfast variety, the couch in our room added for a nice lounging area separate from our bed and the price of our stay was the best in the area.

Cons:

The only thing i would complain about is the efficiency of the kitchen staff for refilling the food.

Highly recommend Hyatt Place RDU.
Pros:

Positive customer service from check in to check out. Great location for our needs. Close to tournament location and amenities. Despite being near airport, airport noise was minimal and didn’t disrupt sleep.
