Pros:

The gentleman at the front desk as well as the shuttle driver were amazing. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and helpful with welcoming and finding a place to eat at that late at night. Also, the shuttle driver was right on time very competent and found us exactly where we needed to go. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Noisy, hotel needs serious updating, breakfasts were inedible. Staff too busy to take care of issues. I formed front desk the elevator was out of order. Three days later it still wasn’t fixed.

Very good hotel and value.
Pros:

The property was clean and fresh; very convenient to the Tobacco Road Race. The staff who were present were helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

Felt the hotel was understaffed. The hotel desk could not easily locate the booking.com reservation and shared that its often difficult to find third party reservations. Eventually they did.

Cons:

I requested front desk to replace old tv which it has blue tint horizontal. It is like color blind with partial color tv. She didn’t get maintenance guy to replace it. Watching defective tv isn’t a pleasant experience. I watch my laptop anyway.

Fine hotel convenient to airport. Breakfast is lacking.
Pros:

Arrived at 2am to check in. The lobby door was locked and I had to call the front desk with my name for them to let me in. I appreciated the extra level of security. Overall stay was perfectly fine with the exception of the quality of food at breakfast. Very few choices and the hot food (scrambled eggs and bacon) that I selected was barely warm and not particularly good.

Wonderful staff and a great stay!
Pros:

The staff made my visit so much better than expected! I have stayed at Hyatt Place hotels before for work, and they have always been good for what I needed, but this was my best one yet and it was just for 1 night! I called when I landed to check if they had an airport shuttle and they sent one right over (it was around 9pm). Once I arrived, they checked me in quickly and out the next day just as quickly. In the morning, I was really hoping for a latte before heading to work but figured it would just be drip coffee. When I asked the front desk employee, she happily told me they had espresso, ran to get some milk and made me a latte from scratch on the house. It was extremely kind and got my day off to such a great start after having to stay up late for work.

Close to the airport

Cons:

They do not bother to offer alternative breakfast when it is part of the inclusion just because it’s holiday. No microwave to reheat food. The worst is they charge their customer for extra night. Must only charge as per what is booked! I appreciate the reception to allow us to check-in earlier though as the room is ready.

As soon as I stepped foot in the door there was a very dank smell, like old soiled carpet. The property felt very low budget (similar to Red Roof Inn). One morning a little after 9am they had run out of breakfast items. We had to leave the property to get edible breakfast options.
