Pros:

Mi e' piaciuta la zona fornita di servizi e ristoranti/bar dove maangiare o trascorrere una serata. In piu era presente la cucina e il frigorifero.

Cons:

Si puo migliorare la pulizia... il letto non era comodissimo e poi bisogna ricordarsi di buttare la spazzatura altrimenti paghi 50euro in piu...

Der bauliche Zustand ist renovierungsbedürftig, die Ausstattung ist minimalst.

pas agréable en tout cas , en plus de la chaleur
Pros:

proximité de la residence pres du trameway et des commerces

Cons:

Indisponibilité de l'internet (je me suis plein parce qu'il a des soucis de connexion et on ne ma même pas calculer . j'étais obligé de descendre presque 'une bonne partie de la nuit dans le bar de la douane pour avoir accès a l'internet et travailler )
Relance de la réception sans retour
Nettoyage des chambres non définies (j'ai passé 2 semaines et c'est une fois que la chambre, les draps et serviette ont été nettoyés et remplacés,). j'ai même demandé à la reception de venir faire le nettoyage mais ils sont jamais venu et donc j'ai du vivre 2 semaines avec une seule nettoyage et des draps salle
prévoir des ventilo en été pour réduire un ^peu la chaleur et du chauffage en hivers

Cons:

The place was good and clean. The problem was having to wait for the late check-in at 16:30 , as it was not possible to check in before then.
In addition to the high temperature and the lack of air conditioning, I think the place is very suitable outside of the summer season.

Mucho calor sin solución
Pros:

La ubicación al lado de la aduana y con una plaza para aparcar al lado

Cons:

Las habitaciones y la residencia no estaban limpias y tenían mal olor. Hacía un calor insoportable y solo había un ventilador que además era muy poco potente en cada apartamento, no en cada habitación.
