Cons:

I booked through Booking .com. I should have spent the extra $100 for cancelation but the high price was also eating into my Christmas vacation. Booking .com and myself asked if they would make an exception for a refund. I am 80 years old, the travel time was 4 hours and the weather to Vermont looked treacherous to drive, plus I tested positive for flu. I was told they couldn't make an exception so I stayed home and ate the $900 that I'm sure the billion dollar company was happy to keep.

It was very clean and easy to find.

Cons:

Unfortunately the pool wasn’t working at the time nor the hot tub.

Furnace was turned off but made a clicking sound all night.It’s just a Fairfield Inn, so don’t expect much. Nice staff though.
