Nuovo ma molte cose da migliorare
Pros:

Hotel nuovo posto in posizione centrale nel paesino, accanto a un edificio storico e affacciato su una graziosa piazzetta. Camera molto essenziale ma pulita e ampia. Buona la colazione. Buono il ristorante sotto l’hotel.

Cons:

In estate con più di 30 gradi anche in Germania, è NECESSARIA l’aria condizionata. Non pensavo esistessero nel 2026 hotel nuovi senza condizionamento né nelle stanze né negli spazi comuni. La stanza non ha nemmeno un mini frigo bar (che servirebbe) e ha solo le tende oscuranti per avere privacy (quindi o buio o ti vedono dentro). Mancano istruzioni nella stanza circa l’uso dei servizi inclusi o i numeri di riferimento. Il ragazzo alla reception piuttosto sgarbato e scocciato. Peccato. Ha anche sbagliato ad addebitare una colazione in più per tre persone (colazione in cui il prezzo di cibo e bevande è scorporato: cosa mai vista). Dopo avermela fatta pagare e dopo che mi sono accorta dell’errore leggendo la fattura, ha anche proceduto al rimborso della differenza con fare scocciato, quasi come se l’errore di addebito fosse colpa mia e non sua. Accoglienza da rivedere. Non ci sono spazi comuni né una macchinetta distributore di snack o bibite a disposizione degli ospiti. Le vie di sicurezza non sono ben segnalate e mancano le push bar sulle porte anti incendio.

Pros:

De ligging is ideaal als tussenstop naar Oostenrijk. Ligt ook dicht bij Legoland.

Cons:

Geen airco op de kamer. Veel stof onder het bed.
