Our stay was nice, but a few amenities were very disappointing
Pros:

The property was very nice, the room was very clean. The staff very friendly. We were able to get into our room thirty minutes early.

Cons:

The swimming pool and hot tub were out of order, the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working, unable to connect to wifi, and the ice machine on our floor was out of order so we had to go down a floor for ice. The tub surround had a large crack in it.
