Sehr schöne Tage im Hotel und Berlin erlebt und genossen!
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbüffet war ausgesprochen reichhaltig und sehr gut.
Die Mitarbeitenden waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Die Mitarbeiter der Reinigung haben ihre Arbeit sehr gut gemacht.

Zimmer waren ok.

Cons:

Habe 102 EUR für 6 Tage für die Tiefgarage bezahlt . An 3 Abenden habe ich um 21 Uhr keinen Parkplatz mehr in der Tiefgarage bekommen. Man geht doch davon aus wenn man am ersten Tag ein Ticket für 6 Tage bucht , das dort ein Platz geblockt wird. Aber anscheinend wird diese Garage absichtlich überbucht. Das ist gelinde gesagt "Geldmacherei".

Die Dame am Empfang bei chekin war sehr unfreundlich. Die andere Personal waren sehr nett sehr freundlich und waren immer hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es wird angegeben Hotel mit Tiefgarage, sobald aber dieses voll ist, was schnell passiert, kann man drinnen nicht mehr parken! Man muss dann draußen oder öffentlich parken! Das Hotel hat gar nicht so viele Parkplätze wie Hotelgäste. Die Garage ist sehr eng. Ab normalen Kombi hat man ein massives Problem. Wir sind dann ein Tag früher heimgefahren, weil wir unser Auto öffentlich in Kreuzberg (der Bezirk ist 250 Meter hinter dem Hotel) nicht parken wollten.
