Pros:

Très propre, plus que la plupart des hôtels. Le petit déjeuner était gratuit, en plus d’avoir été très complet. Cela a comblé ma journée.

Cons:

Les tapis dans la chambre, c’est toujours moins sanitaire qu’un plancher. C’est un peu bruyant considérant que l’autoroute est littéralement juste à côté, mais avec des bouchons à oreilles, on peut bien dormir (reste aussi que l’accès à l’hôtel est très efficace et rapide en sortant de l’autoroute).

Comfortable, warm, inviting, wonderful staff.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and customer focused. Our room was very welcoming and comfortable. Hotel in general was very quiet, which I love.

Cons:

My only complaint. I don’t like having credit cards. I truly believe that if I don’t have the money to buy something, then I go without. So when I was told that I would need one for incidentals, I was disappointed. They made an exception and allowed me to put a deposit on my debit card, which is what I’ve always done in this situation. I was left to feel like I was sort of lesser than for not having one. I’m a good person and I understand the rules but I think it should be noted that not everyone wants a credit card.
The staff is fantastic, don’t get me wrong, I was just slightly disappointed in how I felt after the interaction about the card.

Very bad experience
Cons:

There were many things wrong. The staff at the counter at check in was very difficult to understand and was very judgmental. The key cards only worked after 5-6 tries. The bathroom was filthy and the tub had been painted and had paint peeling off. The ice machine was broken. The beds were quite hard. All in all not a good experience

Pros:

très bel hôtel, très propre avec un très bon petit déjeuner et accueil très sympathique.

Cons:

le chauffage très bruyant ainsi que l'emplacement pour visiter oshawa c'est plutôt mal situé, par contre comme pour nous s'il s'agit d'une étape le fait qu'il soit sur la trajectoire de l'autoroute était parfait.
