Nothing,The location was closed when I arrived. It had not been open since January 2025. I arrived their for my Aunt Evelyn’s Funeral, it was very frustrating and literally made me cry that I had no place to stay.
Some text me after and said they had okayed my arrival and I guess that was a lie. Now I would like my money back.

Please return any and all money.
We my wife for there, the front desk clerk did not give us the king smoking room that I paid for, giving us a two queen smoking room instead. When I asked about it, he came up with excuses such as that there are no king smoking rooms. Later, I went to the restroom and the toilet wouldn't flush. I called the front to see if someone can fix it. The same person, I presume the owner, seemed bothered that I asked him to check it out. He finally did and fixed it sort of. Later that night we took a shower only to find that the water only was lukewarm. We turn the nob all the way to hot, and the water didn't change. The shower head also sounded as if it was going to pop off and hit someone. We were extremely disappointed with all this. I've stayed at other America's Best Value Inn and Suites, but never have felt the way that I did the two nights that I stayed there.

Nothing
Location was convenient. Carpark was massive. Room was clean and comfortable.
Constant smell of smoke from smoking rooms downstairs. The late arrival check-in process was not very welcoming after a long day on the road. The room needed coffee cups, which I had to go get from the breakfast room. Hot water seemed to have run out by 10am. OK for one night passing through.
We stayed just one night, wish this room was the room of our last stay. It was clean, and had microwave, fridge, and TV. It was a comfortable stay.
It was clean
The bed was extremely hard. Did not have any water pressure in the shower.
They returned by mail an item I left in the room
The bed wasn't that good
The hotel was dirty, bugs were behind all the doors, the beds were uncomfortable, the breakfast was small and all of the small butter containers were open and the drink were all out of order, I honestly didn’t trust any of the food there after seeing those things! Overall the price was too good to be true!
The people were kind and a little hard to understand and abrupt. The bed was rock hard and springs could be felt. Linens were clean but there was hair on the bathroom floor and you can see where it has not been cleaned in a while behind the toilet.
The bed was the worst thing.
The A/C wasn't working. Just blew warm air when the temperature was 100 outside. Couldn't sleep well.
Back door was falling apart. Handle was dangling by only one bolt. Outside in the back of the motel looked like homeless people were camping and left trash behind.
Nice. Clean. Inexpensive.
It was close to a restaurant we wanted to go to and the air-conditioning worked well. But that was all.
Hotel manager would not accept my room prepayment via booking.com, he made me pay again at the desk. Seemed shady to me. Went to the room and the bed cover had burn marks on it. In a non smoking room no less. The floors looked dirty and the room smelled. I do not mind a dated room, but I do expect it clean. Do not stay here. The bed was not comfortable and we only got pillows with the queen bed. Also the toilet paper wasn't even in a holder, because the holder was GONE, they didn't have one on the wall or anything. The bathroom had clearly had water damage that was repaired poorly and smelled bad in the bathroom too. Then we only got 2 towels and a couple of small wash clothes. I do not understand why this hotel has "BEST" in the name because it is not.
I will never go here again, stay at the hotels out by the highway, trust me.
I managed to find this room at a very cheap rate on Priceline (low $30s), so my rating is heavily influenced by that. My experiences at a $50+ rate hotel would have warranted 3 stars, or possibly even 2. But I'm willing to overlook a lot at this cheap of a price point. This motel was also about a 5-minute venture from the freeway, perhaps contributing to its low rate.
Hotel was older, but mostly in good repair. Interior corridors were a huge plus. Hotel was operated by a sweet Indian couple, which explained why the lobby smelled of curry. A microwave and small mini-fridge were present. WiFi was unexpectedly fast for this rural region (30+ Mbps). A Laz-y-Boy recliner was an added bonus.
Breakfast was provided, but was minimal. (Again, I'm shocked there was anything at this price). Waffles, cheerios, juice, coffee, and a few slices of bread for toast. But the steakhouse across the street has breakfast as low as $5 as early as 5:30am and is quite good.
My largest concern was cleanliness. The room clearly had a quick clean and was in good repair, so not concerning enough to reject. But housekeeping missed several concerning details. There were crumbs in the recliner. The sheets had some type of salty substance on them that I had to brush off. The carpet between the nightstand and bed had clearly not been vacuumed in some time. There were also a few small pieces of trash behind the toilet. And there was a rust ring in the toilet that someone should seriously scrub out.
The mattress was older, but didn't squeak and was tolerable for one night. And the water pressure for the shower wasn't the best (but the water got hot quickly).
Bottom line: This hotel was just fine for one night at this low price point. I will definitely stop again. But if they upgraded the mattresses and stepped up housekeeping a notch, they could easily charge $20/night more and I would give them 5 stars.
Didn't make it to breakfast.
Sheets had stains, bathroom was dirty, left after an hour.
Woke me at 7am telling me to checkout whrn check out isnt till 12. Breakfast was stale cereal disgusting orange juice. No food exvept waffles. Ill never stay there again
Tried one room and it was disgusting... urine spots and hair in the bathroom. We asked for another room... this one was worse. I asked for cleaning supplies so I could clean it myself, but stopped when there was a dried puddle of urine! Also, hundreds of pubic hairs on the floor between the toilet and tub! Went to the front desk to get a refund and get the heck out of there! The whole place stunk. The 'manager' didn't even apologize, but tried to blame it on a TV repair man! Another employee whispered to us that she would never stay there either. There is so much more I could say about it, but that alone was enough. Every surface in the bathrooms were filthy! Please stay away from this place! It needs to be shut down! (Yes, I took pictures!)
