Pros:

El departamento es cómodo, completo, perfecto para parejas y familias pequeñas!! La ubicación es perfecta, está cerca de todo el centro de Gramado! El garaje es cómodo! La facilidad del check-in y check-out también es muy buena. El anfitrión es muy atencioso.

Nos sentimos como en casa y nos atendieron de 10!

El Wi-Fi no logramos que funcione nunca lamentablemente, a pesar de haber tratado de ayudarnos desde la recepción, pero no hubo caso.

Excelente estadía - Lanús Campeón!!!

me gusto la ambientacion del hotel, lo amplio de las habitaciones la calidad y calidez de todo el personal

Cons:

no hay algo puntual, quizás que estaba tapada la bacha del lavatorio, pero el servicio de mantenimiento lo solucionó rapidamente
