Property Description

Donà Palace est un hôtel boutique quatre étoiles, donnant sur le canal du Palais des Doges, avec son fameux Pont des Soupirs, à quelques pas de la Place Saint-Marc. Ancienne maison du Doge Donà, ce palais du XIVe siècle a ouvert ses portes en 2004 après trois ans de restauration.

Pros:

お部屋が写真通りで美しく広くゆったりして快適だった。
大きなバスタブ付き洗い場別で、バスルームも広く気持ち良かった。窓がいくつもあり、ゴンドラがよく見える。
スタッフも親切で感じ良かった。

Will book this again especially since the price was so affordable in the heart of Venice. The small things don’t compare

Location was extremely important. Right off of San Marco Square. The staff was super friendly and full of knowledge.

No iron 😞, no heat. Thank goodness I had a travel blanket

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Venice
Pros:

Great location. Staff were exceptional, courteous, and had wonderful personalities. Room was excellent and clean. The ambiance was great, and having a private dock at the canal was great for water transport.

Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Dona Palace. I would recommend to friends.
Pros:

Location is great! The staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast is included. The patio on the canal is very nice. Rooms are nicer than other older properties in the area I’ve stayed at. Pleased with the place and the price.

Cons:

My only feedback is related to my arrival. I had sent the hotel a message about how to get from the Tronchetto to the hotel. The response was to take a water taxi. However, the hotel did not offer to help with this, make a reservation or provide guidance. We did not know the water taxi process, and waited quite some time before we were able to get a taxi. It was frustrating.

Marco made all the difference. He helped in every aspect, directions, transport etc. He is a gem!
