Pros:

Lovely building and staff in a perfect location. Good breakfast. Perfect end to our vacation. Staff let us know about the Redentone celebration and assisted us in getting the last four spots to view the fireworks! Awesome!

Amazing hotel. Great location very good breakfast and outside terrace where you can watch gondolas go by is under rated. Our room was modern. Great air conditioning. We had some issues with ants but they were resolved. I didn’t like the red carpet in the rooms. Room we were in was small so pick well. Great location. Only advice…if the welcome drink is only processsco say that upfront. We assumed beer or spritz were included…they were not. I would just offer a drink…nice gesture. Staff was very helpful. Would recommend.

Awesome stay in Venice!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Donà Palace and would not hesitate to stay here again. We received a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival and WOW what a view from our room!! (see the photo)

The hotel is lovely and our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is on a small canal yet only a minute or two from St. Mark's Square and we were able to walk to all of the major sights, restaurants and shops .

One of the highlights was arriving and departing by water taxi directly to the hotel's private dock. It was such a memorable experience and a wonderful introduction to Venice.

We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning. There was a lovely seating area and bar to enjoy each afternoon by the canal.

Hotel Donà Palace truly exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to stay in Venice.
