Pros:

Équipe d’animation très investie.
Le personnel en général, serveurs, accueil, ménage !
Repas plutôt varié et de qualité. Bouteilles de vins à volonté, pizza fait à la main tous les jours.
Localisation, à côté de Siam Park, Siam mall. Bord de plage. Aéroport à 35min en bus pour 3 euros.

Cons:

Selon la saison tous les services et restaurants ne sont pas dispo.
Piscine relativement froide en avril pour une chauffée.
Selon la localisation de la chambre, du bruit jusqu’à la fin des spectacles ~ minuit.
Horaires des repas assez restreints (7h 10h, 13h 15h, 18h30 21h).

Excellent location, must do better with service, food quality and cleanliness of rooms.
Pros:

The location was perfect, kid club staff really nice.

Cons:

Cleaning of rooms was not good. Sometimes this were replaced, other times not. Humid rooms.
Cockroaches found.

Moody staff in reception unable to take feedback.
Food was plentiful however the quality not below average and we and other guest got food poisoning during our stay.
Bar staff overwhelmed with demand and were grumpy.

Resort molto bello nelle zone esterne, camere da ammordernare.
Pros:

La grande piscina disposta molto bene, la gentilezza dello staff dell’hotel. Molto accogliente l’animazione Alpitour. Bravi Alice, Sofia, Gabriele ed Alex. Giardino con gli animali molto bello!!

Cons:

Camere vecchie e stantie, poca pulizia e purtroppo scarafaggio in bagno in appartamento al piano terra. Cibo del ristorante molto ripetitivo.

El trato con el personal

Cons:

-Sólo 2wc en la zona común de recepción. Muy poco para toda la gente que hay sobre todo a las horas de comidas y actuación nocturna.
-Pone que no se puede reservar hamacas, pero si no la cojes antes de desayunar, luego ya no hay.
-En la habitación, balcón, yo pondría un tenderete.
