We loved everything this was our second time visiting.
We were disappointed we missed the greatest showman as it wasn’t on the week we were there. Fantastic hotel overall the staff really do go above and beyond.

porte e muri sporchi, frigorifero con muffa all'interno, cuscini del divano macchiati. il letto era composto da due unità differenti per lunghezza.

La mattina gli addetti alla piscina che urlavano e ci svegliavano alle 7 (noi avevamo la camera fronte piscina)
Gli spazi per i bambini sono davvero ottimi. Tutto molto ben strutturato e ben curato.
Unica nota negativa la qualità del cibo si potrebbe migliorare leggermente.

Por trabajo llegamos después de almuerzo y no nos los pusieron para el domingo como hacen en otros hoteles y la salida es a las 11h.
Perfect for a large group. 15 of us in total. The rooms were perfect for us, the facilities were great and all easy to access. Food was good and plentiful, drinks also good and plentiful. We were very pleased and expected much less for a 3 star hotel.
Whilst most staff were fantastic, a couple members of the team didn't seem to enjoy their job.
La struttura è molto grande e presenta diverse zone con piscine e molta vegetazione. Abbiamo scoperto una parte del resort a metà vacanza. Tutto sommato come qualità prezzo va benissimo. La struttura è al centro città, negozi, spiaggia, discoteche. Sono tutti molto accoglienti dal personale alla reception al bar che in sala. Tanti sono italiani, compreso l’animazione. Consigliamo il tour al Teide con Alpitour, spettacolare. Anche il cibo, all inclusive niente male, vasta scelta di piatti anche a colazione. Ottima la pizza, ovviamente pizzaiolo italiano…
Anche se venivano cambiati tutti i giorni le asciugamani del bagno, forse qualche accorgimento in più per quanto riguarda spazzare a terra e togliere la polvere e ragnatele, ma poca roba. Ogni tanto abbiamo trovato qualche scarafaggio ma perché la porta d’ingresso è leggermente sollevata. Tutto sommato abbiamo dormito bene 😊 qualche controllo in più da parte del personale la notte quando tornano i ragazzi verso le 3/4 di notte hanno fatto rumore e urlavano con risate e schiamazzi.

Hubo una d las recepcionistas q no recuerdo su nombre morena q a la entrada no nos trato muy bien , muy desagradable se notaba q no tenia un buen dia , pero aparte d eso todo bien.
Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole in famiglia. Il punto forte della struttura è senza dubbio la splendida area esterna: la piscina e gli spazi comuni sono ben curati e perfetti per ragazzi e famiglie. Nostro figlio di 13 anni si è divertito moltissimo grazie alle numerose attività organizzate, agli intrattenimenti serali, al bingo e alla possibilità di socializzare con altri ragazzi della sua età e anche più grandi.
Anche la ristorazione ci ha soddisfatto pienamente: colazione, pranzo e cena erano vari e di ottima qualità.
La camera disponeva di un ampio balcone, molto piacevole per rilassarsi. Gli alloggi, tuttavia, avrebbero probabilmente bisogno di un piccolo rinnovamento, poiché risultano un po’ datati. Per una famiglia di tre persone gli spazi interni sono risultati leggermente limitati.
Nel complesso, però, è stata un’esperienza molto positiva e particolarmente consigliata a famiglie con ragazzi.
