Ok. Not bad value for money.
Pros:

Good location only 10 minute taxi from the airport. Hotel reception was a bit poor but the room was big, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
Breakfast was quite limited but ok overall.

Cons:

Reception area/ breakfast hot food choice.

Convenient hotel at a great price, with some good amenities close by.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful with pickup from the airport and also with helping with our delayed luggage (which arrived well after midnight). The area currently seems to be under redevelopment at present, with an odd assortment of residential, retail and industrial units. However it seemed quite safe and there was a great cafe/restaurant just around the corner, with a lively atmosphere and great food, open till late. The Skytrain is just a few minutes walk, providing easy access to Downtown Vancouver. Exceeded expectations.

Cons:

Neighbourhood isn't the prettiest, but the hotel is great value for money.
