Rooftop was great, good location, great gym, nice free breakfast
Not much to not like for the price
The location was perfect for us. Close to Trastevere and the forum was really special. The breakfast in the morning was exceptional and the rooftop bar was great too.
We could definitely hear our neighbors walking above us and moving their chair around but we got over it pretty quickly.
Everything was perfect, the room was new and the mattress was very very comfortable. Also the location is absolutely amazing and the rooftop terrace was great.
I have to say that the staff in the lobby is outstanding, especially Elena and Cosmin. They were extremely kind and helpful.
o Variety
ok busy at times and cooked eggs not fresh
The location is excellent, roughly 5 min walk to Circus Maximus, 10 min to Vittoriano (Piazza Venezia) and 15 min to the Colosseum.
The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable.
The rooftop is a nice space to have a drink at the end of the day.
The breakfast was also good.
Nothing to highlight.
La ubicación
El personal un poco antipático. Las instalaciones normales para un hotel de estas características. Calidad precio mala
Location, roof terrace, friendly staff
Some facilities are dated
Breakfast was good although the cooked items were a little cold on our first morning.
It could have been cooked to order

My son and I had a wonderful stay at 47 Boutique Hotel, and I can honestly say it exceeded all our expectations.
From the very first moment, the staff was exceptionally kind and professional. The check-in process was quick and smooth. Even before our arrival, they contacted us to ask whether we preferred a double bed or twin beds — since I was traveling with my son, that thoughtful question made a big difference.
The room was spacious, beautifully equipped, and had everything we could possibly need: an iron, a hairdryer with all the attachments, a Bluetooth speaker, a towel warmer in the bathroom, a large safe that easily fit a laptop, a big wardrobe, an espresso machine, and a kettle. Every detail was carefully considered.
Breakfast was excellent. In addition to the great variety of food, there was a waiter who personally offered fresh coffee from the bar — cappuccino, espresso, or even hot chocolate. We asked for olive oil and soy milk, and they gladly went to bring them specially for us. The service truly felt personal and attentive.
The location is fantastic — within walking distance of everything. The Colosseum is only about 15 minutes away on foot, and exploring Rome from this hotel was incredibly convenient.
As part of my Expedia status, we received a complimentary bottle of wine, late check-out, and a 10% discount at the restaurant. We didn’t even have to ask — everything was already waiting for us in the room upon arrival, including a handwritten welcome note. That personal touch meant a lot.
After check-out, the hotel stored our luggage while we continued touring Rome. When we returned to collect our bags, they even offered us a comfortable seating area and access to the facilities until it was time to leave.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, almost like a family-run hotel, yet the team is highly professional. I will absolutely recommend 47 Boutique Hotel to everyone, and I will definitely return on my next trip to Rome.
I stayed for two nights in one of the deluxe corner rooms with a view of the temples. I feel welcome here and in good hands, as the concierge and staff are professional, attentive, and friendly. Giorgio was kind enough to talk with my driver to help him with a wifi problem in processing his bill for me. Another hotel might not have extended that extra help, and certainly not with such friendly ease. I found the same helpful and fuss-free energy from the night concierge, the wonderful rooftop restaurant, room service, and housecleaning. I had an equally excellent experience here in November, and will be returning again in another month. I admire what the hotel offers, but I also like that its location is somewhat outside of the more chaotic tourist centers, near to the Tiber for a stroll or a peaceful walk up to to see the views from the Aventine hill - and yet also in easy walking distance to all the popular sites at the centre.
Excellent hotel with friendly, helpful staff and an outstanding breakfast! Great location with large, quiet, clean rooms.
The view is amazing!
The furniture is getting a bit outdated.
