The bed linen is completely inadequate for the twin beds; the duvets are very small and uncomfortable, and the pillows are small and uncomfortable. You have a luxurious hotel, and this detail really ruins the experience. I'm a pretty busy person, and when I got back to my room, I just wanted to rest and didn't want to bother the staff by starting to change everything.
I don't make a habit of taking photos, especially for complaints. When I don't like it, I just don't come back )
You can do better. Otherwise, I liked everything, and the price was great. I'll definitely come back.
the person was great, forgive me please, i was tired and i don’t remember the names, but the beautiful girl that meet me at reception and did for me chek in, she smile and was very friendly, the guy at the night from Ukraine very responsive and friendly, they girl on my last breakfast after chek out she smile and was very friendly and responsive .

Cons:

Wouldn’t bother with the breakfast anymore. We have stayed here number of time and the breakfast used to be freshly cooked now it’s just a buffet which went cold and shells in the fried eggs

Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Wir kommen auf alle wieder.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Brateier sind eigentlich überall Standard.Auch Roggenbrot fehlt total.
